Question: if you have a beast PC and none of the xbox one exclusives appeal to you AND you don't even want to be in the same player base as a few people on N4G - why did you even pre-order the console?
Zombi U was actually one of the few third party games to break 1 million copies on Wii U. The sales were really as good as it gets for that platform tbh.
I know Ubisoft didnt make money on it - but if they can figure out how to build on that foundation (which was a solid one for a sequel) then they could have a nice niche horror series on Nintendo platforms.
Yes. Both games are tons of fun and really refreshing in their gameplay approaches.
The wii u died after its first holiday. Like February 2013, the console stalled until mario kart 8 came out.
The 2D games are in their own league for me. Its like apples to oranges.

Im really glad this wasn't leaked. I didn't see it coming at all and it gives me a real appreciation for true surprises in the industry. This is honestly one of the few exclusives by Sony this gen that hasn't had a in-depth leak months prior.
The first year is more than selling - its selling remarkably well.
I was skeptical about the NX's potential success back in the day. But i'll admit its fair to call it a success - i think Nintendo's new president is doing a helluva job.
In terms of nintendo consoles, its only being outpaced by the Wii. Which is nothing to scoff at, as even the ps4 is being outpaced by the Wii by nearly 10 million. Its only just now starting to close that gap.

I would prefer a sequel to Tropical Freeze. That game was the best 2D platformer ive ever played and the foundation is there for more.
I say give it to Monster Games (who ported DKCR to 3ds) with Retro supervising.
Ultimately it just feels like a battlefield game with a star wars texture pack. Because it basically is.
The campaign caught ny eye but the gameplay looks painfully dull. All the old battlefront games had to do was multiplayer maps + bots and theres your campaign. It was way more fun than corridor shooting.
A lot of the sales from Knack 1 came from the fact that it was bundled with every launch ps4 in Japan. That and that it was one of 2 retail exclusives at launch (shouldve bought resogun 5 times instead) I was pretty surprised when it got approved for a sequel tbh.
Knack is like the Plok of the 8th gen lol
SMT IV was on 3ds exclusively. I think it sold well too - partly because of the announcement of FE x SMT which ended up being nothing like it. At the time it was second only to Persona 4 as fastest selling Atlus game.
Super underrated game in the west too - one of the most punishing rpgs ive ever played. I hope they keep the turn based combat.

If MCC came out functional - it wouldve been legendary. Id be playing halo 2 every friday night. I was certain that id never see the day, but if MCC actually WORKS i would really appreciate it! Halo deserves better.
