Well, its just your opinion that his opinion of this author's opinion that reviewers' opinions were inflated was unjustly salty.
Crytek in general have that problem. Style over substance. Imo their last game where gameplay and graphics were balanced was Crysis 1.
Say what you will about the game, but it sold 820k, pretty good for a launch title and new IP.
@NewMonday
Even if that was a valid point, actors gain/lose weight or muscle all the time for roles. Josh Brolin could pull it off
Chloe moretz could work, i dont think she would have to resemble the ellie from the game physically, just personality-wise.
Am i the only one who thinks a movie is unnecessary? I mean the game itself is cinematic as it is. Its easier for last of us to stand out as a game because of its gameplay, but as a movie...? I used to be a big zombie fan, and i was surprised how LOU masked the sorest cliches of the genre, but that would be impossible for a movie i think. it'd just be anothe...
I really dont think so. The Evil Within looked like it in the debut trailer but the gameplay looks more like resident evil 4 and doesnt seem scary. Alien isolation i'm excited for though. And we have no idea what the new resident evil's like!
Man, DS is almost 10 years old now. There are 10 year old games sitting brand new on shelves.
Nintendo should scoop this guy up. Tons of experience, and nintendo needs more small devs. Would be cool if they kicked off a new metroid trilogy like they did prime, have a handheld game on the side like fusion.
What, how is it the 20th game in the series? There's an 8 smack on the end of it. Theres one mario kart per system, that's hardly a lot.
It is sad that Bayonetta 2 will probably not sell well, but that's just the state of the industry in general, not the wii u fanbase. The wii u is probably as good a place as any for Bayonetta 2. A lot of people thought the fatal frame series would flop on wii, but it ended up selling better (in the regions it came out in) on a userbas 2/3...
Prime sold 2.2 million, thats a lot, especially for the gamecube where that was >10% of the console's total sales.
The problem with echos and corruption is they both launched next to halo 2 and halo 3, much bigger and more successful games. Also neither had the pronotion prime 1 did.
Its always really weird meeting a japanese 360 owner on XBL. Most of them are like hardcore collectors who want the sparse exclusives and better multiplats like bayonetta, etc.
This will most likely be the worst selling Xbox in japan yet.
Wii U had a great launch with MH3U among other games to push sales, then it dropped like a rock. I doubt the ps4 will drop to 4k a week like the wii u did to be honest, theres too many games like FFXV and KH3 announced for it to lose japanese interest like wii u did for so long.
God, its like all i see these days are articles on resolution or framerate.
Evil within looks basically like Resi 4 (naturally, they have the same director). It looks like a fun game but if you look at gameplay its far from a return to survival horror, more of a return to resi 4.
@True Samurai
I mean they dont really have any big series in japan, so something new would be just as good as say Lost Odyssey 2 or Blue Dragon 2.
One thing that would be cool is a new Panzer Dragoon... the last one on Xbox was awesome.
Ninja Gaiden has really been in the gutter ever since Itagaki left.
MS has always got nice japanese exclusives. Some of the best JRPGS last gen...
Apostrophe would make a world of difference in this.
+Helpful to both of you.
That's okay, im fine with the english dub.
Im assuming the apps would work just as well if your wii is 4.3U?
By that logic, one of the hidden gems of last gen Deadly Premonition shouldve gotten unanimously bad reviews. Its a technical mess, the gameplay is poor, and its got a bizarre soundtrack and poor animations. But the game had enough charm to more than make up for that, and received mostly positive reviews.
