Easy mode is usually good for that. Let's you just play the game without worrying if the wrong loadout will sink you.
What? Isn't really a remake? Webster defines remake as "to make anew or in a different form". It's literally made anew and in a different form. It's a remake. But maybe what you mean is that it's not a remaster or a carbon copy of the original.
If the vast majority out there seem to like the guy then what's the problem? I was addressing the fact that he doesn't look too exciting and gave a list of characters for comparison. I'm not talking about his outfit (you can keep waiting) as the discussion clearly went into the direction of the race card because he's a white male. My angle was to show there are plenty of well received white male protagonists that people don't complain about. I'm allowed an opinion at t...
Nobody is being to racist to white people. Generic characters come in all colors.
Saying he's generic looking doesn't mean it's because he's white. Let's look at characters never accused of being generic: Arthur Morgan, John Marston, Geralt of Rivia, Kratos, Nathan Drake, Solid Snake.... and so many more white but very cool characters oozing with personality.
Guys like Starkiller are generic, Nathan Hale in Resistance was generic. This...
Not obvious, and hardly an excuse. Disney owns a lot of IPs. For all we know, they could have put the Avengers in KH3 since they own Marvel too.
I dont buy that as an excuse. Good writers can work within whatever boundaries they are presented, inclusive or not, offensive or not. It's a job and they are professionals, they can do better
That's because some Indie's haven't earned a wide audience yet. But IF they ever catch on and grow, good luck with the growing pains because some of your original fan base will feel betrayed if you do too much that's new, accusing you of catering to a newer fan base that wasn't there in the beginning. And another portion of your original fan base will abandon you if you keep on churning out the same old thing, accusing you of playing them for a fool, expecting more money f...
In business you're forced to cater to your customers if you want a profit and want to continue to exist. Otherwise it's just a hobby, then no one can force you to do anything.
Sometimes people are asking for too much. Attractive women in revealing outfits are less likely to be the cute shy humble Japanese stereotype and more likely to be an Instagram model with an onlyfans page and conceited from the thousands of men boosting their egos. Not very likely to be participating in fighting tournaments.
I wouldn't say these are typical healthy sexy bodies, but much better than the older DOA days when I thought the breast physics where amusing, but now the older games are a little cringe how they would bounce all over the place and the women weren't bothered. It was weird because I knew that in real life, many well endowed women don't even like to run without supporting themselves a little to avoid the pain of the bounce.
I would like the ability to earn different endings based on performance.
Hmm.. wouldn't mind a new game (+) after the original ending where Noctis is given a chance to prevent the casualties that he and his friends suffer to reach an ultimate new ending.
I agree that the change in story was needed. The isolation and helplessness of a new unwary character brought back the horror in a way that let us progress the story a tiny bit but without playing as any of the ever ready battle hardened veterans of the zombie apocalypse we're used to by now.
The first person camera and not having a full view of your body and what's beside you recaptured a bit of the limited field of view that made the original Resident Evils scary ...
How about we just include more America? A map the size of GTA5 for the United States, then add some of Canada way at the top and some of Mexico below (Sort of like Red Dead had some Mexico in it)....then boom. More America! Plenty of satire options to boot.
I've definitely wanted a Dragon's Dogma 2. The wilderness and the dungeon areas of the original were great but I would like to see bigger cities and more vibrant lively societies scattered about.
Some part of me thinks that if Red Dead Redemption had online multiplayer that we never would have gotten Undead Nightmare. There would have been a bunch of multiplayer guns and events instead.
Maybe 400 hours if you play on the highest difficulty, build up all the settlements, do absolutely everything, and never use fast-travel.
"Do your homework before you comment boy.. You obviously havent been keeping track of whats going on.."
Boy?.. cute, but immature. What was the point of that line? You've gotta know what is said about making assumptions. I'm well aware of what has been going on, but unlike people who obsess over the SJW boogey man, I give individuals like Sarkeesian a lot less credit than it seems you do for something that was going to be inevitable anyway as female buying p...
Why do you assume it's about SJWs? That seems to be an obsessive buzzword these days. Why wouldn't you just think they're trying to appeal to a larger audience of their own accord for more income from a growing segment of gamers rather than appeasement?
If you think this is alienating their base... well they already did that when they appealed to casual gamers with the Wii. It's funny, "Casuals" were the scapegoat a few years ago, now the red threat ...
I didn't really find the blocky look sexy, did you? She looks more realistic now. I also think a bit of the pop culture body standards rubbed off in that she's got more body below the waist in newer games, where it was all up top in the older ones.
I get what you're saying but I'd have a little more faith that Rockstar knows what they're doing. Not just faith but they have endless metrics on what works and what doesnt. They've been around long enough to weather the storms of Conservative (called prudes at the time) family values crowd calling for censorship while the liberal crowd cried for creative freedom to offend in good fun, then seeing a full reversal to the liberal (now labelled woke) crowd calling for things to b...
