...but what I'd like to see, is a 360-like PS3 controller. I'm holding off on getting a PS3, until the price drops below $400 for the 80gig anyway...and for more games to come out...but I won't be able to play anything with the DS3. The PS3 controller is too similar to the DS2...which I HATED; the 360 controller is nearly perfect. Come on Pelican (or Logitech)...make it happen!

Reviewers tend to gloss over "flaws", and often even mention that small issues can be corrected with a patch. Bioshock, HL2:Orange Box, GTAIV, COD4, GT5:Prologue, Gears of War, Resistance:FOM....some of the highest rated, highest profile games this gen, ALL needed patches.
The fact is, it's an industry wide issue, and it's not going away. The increased demand AND budgets for this gen, have forced devs/publishers to push titles out without the necessary polish. Hon...
...this isn't a 360 timed exclusive. They ran into problems with PS3 development, and Atari didn't want to delay the game AGAIN. It released on the PS2 and Wii the same day as the 360.

Regardless, you're too stupid to do simple math, which CLEARLY shows the 360 is STILL way ahead of the PS3, and is STILL selling at a good pace. It will be YEARS before the PS3 even CATCHES UP. ...not look any better than games that have come before it. PGR4, GT5P, GRID...they ALL have the same quality graphics, by and large, and you'd have a damn hard time picking their respective screenshots out of a random sampling.

I never MENTIONED the 360, son. This is about a dev writing checks with his mouth, that his fellow coders can't cash...much like SONY has done, all along. :)
And BTW, MS never ONCE promised anything more than the 360 has delivered. In FACT, they've always maintained that 720p is the "sweetspot" for HD games performance...and the majority of devs agree with that. But again...this is about the PS3, kiddo. ;)
