Rare made Viva Pinata for the DS as well, and they are a 1st party dev, owned by MS. Apparently you're not smart enough to understand the difference between a PLATFORM exclusive dev, and a 1ST PARTY dev. MS could make games for the PS3, if they wanted to. :o
