Do I get to be a big baby about it on Twitter when it's over?
This just in!!!!!!! We still don't know the release date.
Ok, well FreddyC does want them.
They all serve each other when they do nonsense like this. A random blogger decided to write an editorial. Another random blogger writes a story about it, and just like that news is fabricated out of thin air. Now we know that people say dumb things.
This just in: The Jets will be playing football this year.
Seriously, I guess every instance of a random moron saying something stupid qualifies as news now. I used to roll my eyes when people cared about random celebrities running their mouths, but I guess it doesn't even take any kind of public interest in your name for people to care about you saying something dumb now.
Time to get to work and scour those message boards for more hard-hitting news. Not to mention youtube.
You sound just as hateful and babyish as those commenters in your condemnation of their behavior, in all of your comments here. Take a bow, you get the Hypocrite of the Day award.
I think it seems to make no sense, but when the smoke clears, I doubt this will actually be a Wii-U exclusive. I'd wager that this is like many other early game announcements, where the word exclusivity is thrown around, and later on we find out that it really meant *timed* exclusivity. This will probably be on all 3 next gen platforms.
To be fair, what's going to get media attention, a politely phrased request letter, or a bunch of passionate fans getting angry? I know which message would come across more clearly to me if I were looking at comments on my project. People are angry. The sample letter you provided looks fake as they come, because nobody angry speaks like that. "I'm happy there is going to be a Bayonetta 2..." no, they're not happy. There is a fine line between diplomacy and complete disho...
Your're out of your mind if you think that the next Mario game being *exclusive to* the Xbox 720 wouldn't send Nintendo enthusiasts into a blind rage.
@scissor_runner
"Nothing is future proof but the wiiu has what it needs to make great games for the next 3 years though. It is fixing a lot of problem with the current gen also."
Nothing is future proof, but the other consoles this gen were future resistant. Proof? The Wii died very young and quietly, and Nintendo were forced to be the first into the next console gen. Better hardware means the system can remain relevant for longer. Do you really not...
I'd say that zombie films have traditionally been low quality as well, so it's only natural that the games follow suit. It's not a knock either. It seems like zombie (and many other type of horror) enthusiasts have mostly sustained themselves on B movies over the decades, since that's where the vast majority seem to reside. And B movies are, well, B movies. They're (most often) fun and shameless and simple. And formulaic. They're made for a specific crowd though, who h...
I find it amusing that anytime someone uses "nuff said" at the end of their statement, it's almost a guarantee that there is something stupid and or irrelevant contained in the preceding text.
@knowyourstuff
While the discussion isn't *about sex being natural, you're still missing the point with your worried talk of 18-year-olds with their parents' credit cards seeing inappropriate images. If you had a grasp of the point at all you w...
It's an unfair work environment, not a slave camp. When a game tanks they don't go downstairs and beat the help, they have shareholders to answer to. They also know that the teams have nothing to do with how well a game sells. Especially if an actual boycott claims responsibility for it, publicly. It makes no sense to try to keep them in business for fear of workers losing a shitty job. It makes more sense to make Capcom aware that people won't give them any more money unless they...
You know what, you both are totally right, how could I not have seen that? If someone is ignorant about some things, they should be ignorant about ALL things, right? I mean if you're not actively trying to support consumer awareness in every aspect of your life, you should shut up and never try to promote it anyplace/time. It's either boycott EVERYTHING or NOTHING. How could I have been so naive?
Your logic is the worst. Even if you knew for a fact that everyone who i...
What are you implying, that poor sales would have corporate putting all the workers on the rack or something? Why might a successful boycott not send a message that consumers won't stand for that kind of behavior, and maybe persuade the company to vigorously (and loudly, of course) reform their organization?
Your sense of logic would see to it that we let all the abusers of the world continue to abuse so as to not make waves. Change doesn't come cheap sometimes, and ...
Ooh, I can play that game!
If you don't like reading about consumer awareness and abusive working conditions, DON'T READ THE ARTICLE..... God leave us people with a conscience and some human decency alone so we can actually try to initiate change.
See how that works? Nobody is forcing you to read the article. So you can take your own advice, and please shut up.
He meant post a link relevant to what you guys were talking about, not a totally random one....
It looks like you're going to have to use /s in the future. It seemed to go right over most heads...
@CommonSenseGamer
That's a pointless comparison, the two aren't competing devices. Phones and consoles aren't the same things, and they certainly don't sell the same way (especially since some people feel the need to upgrade their phones every three weeks). Why not throw in Macbook sales?
And maybe the disagrees aren't because everyone but you is "delusional". Maybe they noticed the error that you made in your pompous attempt at ...
@Septic
"From the article, there is nothing to suggest that problems originated purely due to porting the game but the fact that they couldn't develop for the PS3 fullstop"
Yeah... porting the game because they couldn't develop for PS3.... You know you aren't disagreeing with him, right?
