Hopefully all this intention result in higher sells for Bayonetta 2.
Exactly. I don't own a killer PC so there are a bunch of games that I want to play on PC that I can't. I don't own a Wii, so no Xenoblade Chronicles for me. I don't own an iPad, so no iPad games for me. I don't own a PSVita or 3DS, so none of those games for me. Life isn't fair, people need to stop behaving like a bitch and either save up for a WiiU or shut the hell up. I didn't own a ps3 or a 360, I saved up and brought one.
One of main game developers that is brave enough to even attempt to tackle issues of sexuality gets hated on like crazy by hardcore gamers. I am of course talking about games made by Bioware. Despite flaws in games like Me3, Me2, and DA2 those games actually deal with the issue of sexuality and sexual preference.
Yet this is completely overlooked in favor of hating on those games because they where rush or had bad endings. We as gamers can claim we want more mature games, bu...
So true about the cost of the next xbox and playstation system. People keep going on and on about how much more powerful the 720/ps4 will be and I agree with them, but that power is going to come at a big cost. We will be lucky if the 720 is only $599 and goodness only knows how much Sony will charge.
Nintendo is the publisher, the same way Microsoft is the publisher of Mass Effect 1. We may see Bayonetta 3 on other consoles, but don't look for Bayonetta 2 on anything other that WiiU.
I understand what you are saying and where you are coming from and I wished that the industry worked like that too. Please understand, sells matter a lot because it cost money to hire talent to make games. Game developers need to turn a profit in order to keep making games and they want to be able to pay their employees well for working so hard.
The video game industry is very much a business and we have the likes of EA and Activision to thank for that. Also, if the sells of...
This move by Platinum Games has gotten actual PR for their Bayonetta game. For all the crying, Bayonetta 1 just didn't sell great and if they released 2 on multiple console it would not have sold well either.
Before you all disagree, ask yourselves this one question: how much happier would we all have been if Final Fantasy stayed on 1 platform? So much content was removed from FF13 that the game became a shadow of it's former self and what we where left with was, to m...
Yeah lots of times, but to be fair my rank when I started doing gold matches was like lvl 200 something.
I am going to wait and try and get a Black Friday deal. I don't think the WiiU will have shortage issues.
I am glad to see you and others owning up to being wrong about certain points on the WiiU. I hope others can get pass their biases and give the console a chance.
It doesn't look any better, but the fact that it is on the WiiU and they are taking this stance is a good thing. This is just one more selling point for the WiiU that stops someone from passing on the WiiU for the ps3 or 360 because they want to play blops.
No matter what, Sony will not let Microsoft get a year lead on them again.
If a WiiU, that so many people still claim is underpowered, costs us $349, then I can only imagine how much more a ps4/720 will cost. What, are we looking at $600 for a 720 and like $800 for a ps4 (because Sony tries to push some new technology). I have to be honest and say I am not looking forward to paying those ridiculous prices. Yes I will pay them, but I am certainly not happy about it.
Bayonetta 2... Day 1 purchase for me. Well maybe I will try and get a Black Friday deal. Man oh man, Black Friday is going to be insane.
Well bro, that is kind of considered good business. Make the most money while doing the least amount of work. I am not saying it's right, but so long as people keep on buying the same stuff why should they change their business model?
Bro if I spend real money than I had better have higher odds at getting better stuff. It's not bullshit to boost the odds of better loot for those who paid real cash to unlock stuff. Look at any game that has micro transactions, you can always buy the better stuff. The fact that it is random simply amazes me. I know people that have paid and gotten shit gear still.
My rank is something like 1030, probably more than that. I was ranked in the top 1000 players at one point and I can honestly say that I never purchased anything through the micro transactions. You simply don't need too at all. You can easily run a bronze match with randoms and get enough points to start buying veteran gear. After a few games you get good enough to run Silver matches and that gives you close to 30k every time. So you can buy more Veteran gear, that cost 20k, after each su...
Hopefully it will get added later on.
Game looks great. I am really glad to see that Nintendo is promoting Platinum's games at their big events. And that Bayonetta 2 announcement is just great.
This is the sort of power play Nintendo needed to make. Now when I buy my WiiU I feel like Nintendo will actually attempt to get good third party games on it. I didn't buy a Wii because I didn't believe true third party support would be there and really it wasn't. At least there wasn't enough to justify my purchase of a Wii.
