Ummmmmmm.....okay. Volition clearly has some time on their hands now that they've gone gold, haha!
Yeah, there was actually an article saying that they used the pc version to port to the ps3. I can't wait to sneak around again. Pandora Tomorrow was incredible and I would love to play through all three of them again.
Hey! It looks like Assassin's Creed! I can definitely go for another romp with Ezio. Hopefully I don't have to hear Desmond whine as much.
Well, Infamous 1 was Sony's fastest selling new IP ever. I forget exactly what it ended up at numbers wise, but it was a pretty high number I remember. I don't expect any different from Infamous 2.
I guess reviews will start coming next week
Am I the only one who hasn't had any issues at all? Not a single glitch or anything. I just got to the homicide desk and am having a blast. I'm playing on my new"ish" slim model.
I actually didn't despise this game as much as many other people did. The speed levels were really fun. Anyways, this is amazing and kind of pathetic that a person practiced that much.
I have a feeling this game is going to sneak up on a few people. Everything about it looks much improved over Infamous which was a good game, but never quite reached greatness. With much better graphics, UGC, extremely differentiated evil/good powers, and an overall much more interesting cast of characters, this game could be a serious contender for GOTY much like Uncharted 2 broke out 2 years ago.
To each their own. However, I strongly, strongly disagree with everything you just said. Rockstar is the king of the open world genre and has quickly become just as proficient in story telling. Even if you don't like open world games, you should be able to appreciate their competence and their talent.
So it IS an open world game
I'm almost more curious about it than actually excited. They haven't really released a TON of info on the actual story or content, more focussing on what you're actually going to be doing in the game. I'm looking forward to seeing exactly how good this game is.
exactly. We all remember ApocalyPS3. Honestly, if anybody still puts their credit cards on there then they are foolish. PSN cards from now on for me!
I actually took all my card numbers off of my account as soon as the hacking stuff began. I wonder if previous purchases would still be an issue?
Yeah, I'm kind of surprised at how good of scores this one is getting. Pacific Rift got mostly 7-7.5s and I thought that game was absolutely amazing. Can't wait for this one!
I really liked the first two, but I wasn't planning on getting this one because of L.A. Noire coming out right after it. Now I might be thinking otherwise.....
It just looks so cool! If you watch that video and don't think driving on buildings and bridges while everything explodes around you looks cool, then you are absolutely crazy.
I won't click on the video because I think he's really annoying to listen to, but HHG has definitely been spot on lately and I give him credit for that.
I don't care about 3D!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop talking about it and talk about the actual game.
It has a great story. Its about an evil AI that tries to kill you in all these puzzles. Its absolutely hilarious with political doublespeak and really witty lines. It's pretty much the main draw to the game for me.
Well, Crysis 2's win for how tasty they would be. Calamari, yum!
Wow, the ps3 sales have gone up? Interesting to say the least. Great to see L.A. Noire and the Witcher 2 doing so well for two high risk projects.
