Kind of ugly, but oh well. It will definitely stand out on shelves with its black and white vibe. I just got Alice: Madness Returns and that box art is awesome compared to this, though.
Haha, I need to address the conversion table for this one.
This review is totally spot on. I'm a little over a third of the way through (about 7-8 hours in) and its absolutely amazing so far. I think I'm close to getting to the second island and the story development and just raw gameplay is exceptional. Easily up there with Crysis 2, L.A. Noire and Portal 2 for my favorite games of the year so far.
Ummmm, they have a year and a half. I don't think this is the final product by any means. Anyways, it shows what direction they're going in which is great and you are horribly wrong.
I absolutely cannot wait. Just use Sly 2 and 3 as a model and put different environments and characters in and I'll be happy.
Yeah, I just took down a helicopter by throwing a car at it (btw, it was awesome). Thank god I have work tonight or else I would just plow through it in one day it's so good.
yeah, I'm really happy for Sucker Punch to see this game scoring the way its supposed to from that demo. After playing that, I really don't see how anyone can give it less than an 8/10.
Weird. I'll just be happy to have another sneak peek at this game!
Yeah, the reviews for this game are a little scattered, but none of them are awful so far. In fact, most of them have been great and I'm extremely excited for Tuesday.
What's wrong with you? Seriously, you get enjoyment out of this? I doubt this is the ending anyways. They need to leave Cole in for the inevitable Infamous 3.
Wow! Awesome. Can't wait to play it this tuesday. With reviews ranging from 7's to mid 9s most of them being between 8-9, this game looks to be fantastic!
^ Actually, the lowest review anywhere has given it a 7/10from Gamepro. You must be thinking of the original Infamous.
Well, the problem is the criteria. When you have review sites that don't take averages and score it based on emotions then it can be frustrating. The gamespot review mostly criticized very small things and it got it pushed down to a 7.5 because he was "dissapointed" by these small issues. What I want to see are categories given certain amount of weight and then take an average. Pretty much no website does that anymore and I think that is the only true way to get a review scor...
They're pretty similar to Sly Cooper's, so I didn't have a real issue.
You can do the same thing with good cole on the final demo mission!
Yeah, I thought the demo was a solid 7. However, if that is the entire game and they just rinse and repeat all the gameplay, then I can see why it got lower.
This looks intensely stupid.
Beautiful! A lot like flower.
Whether it's horrible or not isn't really that important to me. Just that the game came out and everyone can move on is the more important aspect. Maybe Gearbox can actually do something interesting with the license after this.
Yeah, it's just like the old games. That cutscene made me want to go back and play the sly trilogy again.
I'm a little bummed that it's a tiger just like Rajan. I would have preferred having totally new animals, but thats a very small complaint.
