I read on the forms that there are multiple cones of sight. One of them takes into account being hidden in the dark. I think it's the peripheral vision.
Agreed.
I believe a great art design can take a game a long way over raw power. Look at how great the mario galaxy games were, both in visuals and gameplay. They were ruining on a system that had far less horse power than the 360 or ps3.
I mean, yes a new gen inevitably needs to arrive, but I find people like crytek are just "graphics over gameplay" minded and constantly bemoan the inadequacies of current consoles.

Just about what I expected.
You do that.
Help continue the discouragement of new IPs
I don't know why everyone has this fix on game length.
I mean, yes I understand the desire to have a game that feels long, but ultimately don't you really want it to be satisfying? IMO, that's more important. And given the achievements/trophies, multiple endings, if it's a 10 hour game that's fine.
This is news?
Well.
How do you define that? I mean critically, it was.
Personally, it was to me.
but I digress. what does skyrim even have to do with it? It's PUBLISHED by Beth, not developed.
So much potential.
Could also go totally wrong.
Time will tell.
Bethesda just needs to get this commercial out to the public.
Gamers will be intrigued.
Taken out of context.
Wildly.
Knee-jerk pro-Sony comments are here, predictably.
So then it's not the worst list ever.
If that were the case, you`d agree with none.
The 100 point scale is back :)
I always did like that degree of granularity.
Dishonored and Halo 4.
Hot damn.
I'm not a metal gear fan, but have always respected the series as one of the greats.
This game looks insane.
My personal goty thus far.
@tenton
What didn't you like about it?
OT, I very happy with how everything is seeming to be going gearbox's way, with this one. In the modern climate of gaming, one little thing can completely derail a game and riddle it with bad public perception.
Are there spoilers in this review?
Just one weekend between us now, bl2.
Personally I loved skyrim.
So I will not take that dismissive tone from you.
