the first game was nice but it lost to last light. a sequel would have to top last light and then add some brilliance to justify its existence. not confident that this team can pull that off.

people, keep in mind this will be a 4th part. what was the last game with a 4 that was worth its time and money? uncharted 4? no. mass effect 4? no. any other game with a 4? no. so do the math how good this dragon age 4 will be.

the problem with simulation racers from sony/polyphony is: they are focussing too much on unimportant details. they are not able to put fun into their simulations. hence missing the goal of a videogame. i like how the game looks, but i am afraid it will be a borefest again.

reality-check: less than 10 million units sold during its lifetime is more accurate.

i bet it will be shiny as hell. just without any real incentive to buy one.

please no, don't bother. seriously.

yup and i didn't even bother to click the cracked version. who on earth is going to buy the retail product when most people even refuse to download and play it for free. ;-)

the article lost me with "sells like lightning". lmao.

for me: zero. there is coming out zero games in april for me to justify opening my wallet. eastertime will be lame, game-wise this year.

indeed excited to see what new games for pc will be released as every interesting game on a box will also be released on pc. sorry, the boxes have become useless pieces of hardware. all they can do is cramp in more tv stuff to justify its existence.

i don't care about animations or other design flaws. what breaks the deal for me is that is a 4th part of something. i have never ever played a 4th part of something that was worth my time and money. andromeda is an extremely subpar product tricking gamers into buying by applying a mass effect logo. no one should support such a low approach. even those who claim "this is the bestest game evah". the disqualification of these buyers is beyond words.

well, i played persona 4 and although i liked the overall concept i am not willing to return to a persona 5. i feel already the nauseating grind just thinking about their game mechanics. and then, the setting of teenage-highscool is not exactly helping when you're an adult.

so far we only know that zelda fans wanted the console. besides that, i think it was DOA.

i think they are going to sell their copies to a certain niche who swallowed up destiny 1. i highly doubt they are going to aqcuire a whole lot of new customers. personally, i bought destiny, but will refrain from playing destiny 2. more of the same is never a good reason to shell out money.

"look at our new and shiny rollercoaster. it has got zero seats, but hey, buy it" ;-)

obviously, the market's reaction is: ok, the highway, then. is switch or nintendo still a thing?

3291d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

yes. and the good thing is: addicted gamers are like a role model for how not to do it. at least in my case it was always sufficient to observe an addict (be it heroin or games or sugar) and decide NOT to go down this path.

on a sidenote: addiction is always just a side effect of something else. it's no good to treat the addiction without erasing the origins of their decision to tune out. it would be a fight against windmills.

wonder what they will include in their ambassador program later this year. will it be worthless nes games again or something more substantial? will they be forced to gift out snes games this time? can't wait for the day to wake up to the headline that the ambassador program came into effect.

mmo's are in a dilemma: the casualization of the planet's gamers is a thing. but mindnumbing grindfests is nothing the casual player is into (me neither and i am a core gamer). so they better find new exciting concepts for multiplayer games that also appeal to the casuals (biggest market on the planet, that's where they are all heading for, don't fool yourselves). personally, i couldn't be happier when these grindfests are disappearing. the world moved on, gamers are not t...

i am always hearing about this stellar 3rd party support for the switch. would have been one hell of a console if all their marketing lies turned out to be true. right now i am glad asf that i didn't fall for their usual scheme.
