Surely you can't be talking about Forza 5? As someone who enjoyed 4, I wanted to like 5 and couldn't.

You lost me at "I feel sorry for MS".

XD

lol I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or serious with your comment.

Obviously it's because Twitch launched on Xbone after it's install base was already in the millions, contrary to twitch launching on PS4 at the same time the system launched.

This year I've seen more service interruptions reported for XBL than NN or PSN. I however, have had no problems with any of them.

But my bro the other day couldn't connect to XBL from his Xbone for several hours.

I understand and appreciate what you're saying. It's just that from my perspective, I've seen the console wars take place since the Sega and Nintendo days (ever watch Billy Madison?).

I think the only real reason the console wars have been more heated as of late, is that a large number of consumers were quite put off by the policies that the MS was going to employ (whether or not the policies were understood). The more passionate or excited people feel about a top...

Is it as bad as people fighting over religion, politics or sports teams?

Last time I checked, I haven't heard of any shootings, stabbings or riots taking place because someone said "Xbone sucks" or "Stupid console peasant".

@CoLD FiRE

Do you honestly believe that Bungie's board members woke up one day and thought: "Hey, let's fire Marty!"? Cause that's what you would be implying to say he was fired for no reason. Otherwise, there was indeed a reason and we are currently not privy to it.

Some, not all. There's a particular trend with some companies that tend to have a higher significant gap between their meta-critic scores and user scores. I won't name names, but anyone having played video games for more than 10+ years should be able to figure out who they are.

The same goes for some gaming sites or journalists that have a tendency of scoring most games between 70 to 100, and often take the opportunity to really make an example out of a below-average ...

Your list seems a bit one-sided.
-Both have multimedia features, except PS4 offers 3D blu-ray playback whereas the One doesn't (yet anyway).
-Both support online video streaming services like Netflix, except One is always locked behind a paywall (along with it's internet web browser).
-PS4 doesn't require additional online service subscriptions for subscription based and free-to-play MMOs.
-Both are easy to use (well the fun-house of mirrors takes s...

As someone who's supported them since the first Xbox and even bought their previous consoles at launch, I can tell you it's going to take a lot more than bug fixes/feature enhancements to sell me on this thing.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's great they're working at making the system perform better, but I just don't see the point of fanboys kissing their ass for doing so. That's something they should all be doing without question.

Personally, I hope it controls similarly to their Mario Kart Arcade GP. I had the pleasure of playing that a few years back, and it was incredible.

That's an epic win.

Try installing the 360 version to the hard drive. That should resolve texture pop ups.

I guess it's ironic then that on the "blurry vaseline coated mess" version, I can very easily see the 183 in the 18356 numbers on the overhead console, contrary to the xbone version which gets buried in black.

How a game running on 9 year old hardware still looks this close to it's predecessor is beyond me.

I have an unrelated question, is microsoft.com still employing the "power of" Linux?
