I love it when ignorant xbox fanboys make a list and put TF on the Xbone side and omit PS4 games like DC Universe online, FF14 or Blacklight Retribution from their "comparative" PS4 list.
And to anyone that want's to say they're not a PS4 exclusive, they are in the EXACT same sense as TF being an Xbone exclusive.
I've played at least half those games. I was actually more grossed out by the Stick of Truth.
Lmao
I love the Elder Scrolls series, but that's too funny.
Oh, big time.
The truth is, no other console had that many great games in such a short span of time. And don't forget the many new ips that the DC gave birth to, like JGR, Shenmue, Skies of Arcadia, etc.
I believe it will see a tremendous boost. But it's hard to say for how long.
Doesn't make what he said any less true though. :P
We heard you the first time. lol That damage control.
How many did it sell on Xbox One?
Perhaps you've been living under a rock and didn't see the enormous amount of hype Titanfall had.
That's right, keep telling yourself that. I'm sure countries like Chile, Switzerland and Portugal are just waiting to eat up the Xbone.
Contrary to what you may think, I believe it's going to be pretty much DOA, since they're going to be showing up nearly a year later with a less powerful machine (and probably still costing more).
@Microsoft:
If you don't want to tell us how many Xbones have been sold through to consumers, then why not at least give us an update on how many more zombies have been slayed?
It's even more impressive when you consider that MS pushed the Xbox 360 Titanfall release into April, to help move more Xbones during March (and that's in addition to free pack-in bundle and retail stores price reductions).
Just because they're readily available in some places, doesn't mean as a whole it's not suffering supply constraints.
Well done. Sucker Punch did a fantastic job.
Post xmas season, it's sales dropped considerably. The rise in sales this year we can attribute to Titanfall and several retail price drops/bundle deals. But we still need to see if that's had a long term effect, so how it pans out in these coming weeks will say a lot.
While the PS2 was selling like hotcakes and breaking all sales records, the Dreamcast was still relatively successful during it's short run. Had Sega not pulled the plug, it would have outsold Xbox and GameCube by the end of that console gen. But at the time, who knew Nintendo was going to fail to even come close to achieving the success of N64, as well as MS with all their power and money not making much of a dent with their first console? XB & GC combined, was barely only 1/3 of PS2...
Rough launch? Let's be honest. The launch of the Xbone was the most success it's had thus far. Post launch has been fairly slow going and it even appears that TF didn't move as many Xbones as MS hoped.
You live in the GTA I assume?
Since the price went up, sales in the GTA have either slowed a bit or Sony is shipping more units to the GTA then ever before. I say that cause I've noticed at my local Walmart they're still moving PS4s and the stock keeps getting replenished, whereas the same 2 Xbone TF bundles have been sitting put in the cabinet.
In short, yes. This is what happens when a CoD/BF4 wannabe killer is released to the masses missing many fundamental features.
