There are 63 racing games on N64, I wouldn't call that "barely." Of course PS1 has more, because it had way more games overall. Here's a video, take a look:

N64 games that run at 60 FPS:
F-Zero X
Super Smash Bros.
Yoshi's Story
Mischief Makers (at least some parts of it)
Custom Robo 1 & 2

As much as I love my Saturn and N64, both Nintendo and SEGA dropped the ball in many categories.
Saturn is a powerful machine (for the era), but it was very difficult to program for, and featured square polygons instead of triangles.
Sega never released so many excellent Japanese games in Western markets which is a shame. People who believe that the Saturn doesn't have an excellent library of exclusive games are simply unaware of the great games that ...

You can only think of one? Just one?
Wii -> Wii U (have to pay extra for Wii U exclusive features)
PSP -> PS Vita
Xbox 360 -> Xbox One
I will not ease up on blind idiot fanbabies, making shite excuses for billion dollar conglomerates. Never have, never will.
Clearly you are very ignorant of game emulation.
Online play has been available via emulation for the past 15+ years. Yes, I said YEARS. Well over a decade now.
NES / SNES / GEN / etc. all online co-op or VS capable. Its not even hard to Google search this prior to vomiting out a thoughtless post assuming you are accurate with your made-up information.
The only reason Switch's emulation is an online-service-only is because they didn't want to let p...
And my favorite... BURNOUT! :(
I beat the MW campaign and enjoyed it. However, Call of Duty as a series is basically the quintessential rental series for me. I don't care for deathmatch, so the campaign is all that I play, with that in mind, the campaigns are too short, and shallow for purchase. But as a rental? Its a blast. 2-3 days, just rush in there, shoot everything, credits rolls, repeat for next year's game.
Its an interactive Michael Bay movie, lots of explosions and loud noises, lots of ...
Honestly Death Stranding is some of the most fun I've had this generation. I love being forced to get off my Trike, and scale a massive mountain while having to balance myself and figure out the best route, not necessarily the shortest route. Also being able to bring items such as ropes and ladders to help make the journey slightly less daunting.
People seem to love downplaying this game from a design and mechanical perspective, but its actually one of the best designed...
I didn't enjoy it that much, many others felt the same way.
The first third of the game was terrible, a boring slog. With a wimpy weak Decon, crappy bike, and a dumb story with bad characters. I'd rate it 3/10 in terms of enjoyment.
I expected the game to remain terrible, but as I progressed it actually got better.
The second third became slightly more interesting with a more capable Decon and bike. The story started to get a bi...
Yeah I was so happy to hear this! I bought it at MSRP and left it unopened, and rebought it now much cheaper! Awesome news! The best PS4 console with one of the best PS4 games ever, excellent bundle!
You're not sure? Because I'd rather play an excellent 4 hour game than a repetitive filler do-nothing-but-grind game with an unnecessarily huge world, boring story and characters, generic game design, and hours of screwing around in menu and upgrade screens.
A high quality 4 hour game beats out anything Ubisoft / EA / Activision has released in a very long time. We don't need fake "replay value" to make games worth while. Excellent games are naturally ...
Games are artificially extended in length these days with hollow, forgettable filler 'content'. All for the sake of 'player engagement', to keep their digital storefront constantly in the back of your mind. An average player is more likely to spend a few extra dollars on cosmetics in a 70 hour game (note that 60 of those hours are piss boring grinding), than for a 15 hour game. They also want to sell you 'resources' (metal, wood, nails, water, food, etc.) in long slog ...
"Geoff Keighley's involvement in Death Stranding has left many fans somewhat uneasy after the title received so many nominations at this year's show."
Fans of what exactly? Fans of Death Stranding? If they are a fan of Death Stranding, they've already been playing the game, they can come to their own decisions regarding its quality. Nominations and awards are ultimately irrelevant, however, if they are fans of the game, I'm assuming that they'd...
Cool, glad you liked the video. Its a slower paced game, but many really enjoy it.
Sm00thNinja, check out this video, it may help in explaining the core concepts behind Shenmue games.

What people aren't telling you is that the money YsNet got from going Epic Game Store exclusive was the opportunity to delay the game one final time and polish it.
The release date was set for August 2019, but the game was in no shape to be sold back then, however they had run out of money. The only option was to take a pay out from Epic to push the game back by an additional 3 months in order to polish the game.
Its an unfortunate situation to be in....
Remove the words "just about" and I'd totally agree!
45 hours clocked in so far, can't wait to play later today!
This is very old information, like 19 years old or more.
The series was always planned to be 5-6 games, we've always known this.
He's been saying for the past 2 years that Shenmue 3 is not the conclusion, just to clarify to avoid comments like the one you just made.
Shenmue 4 shouldn't require an 18 year wait.
Just another ignorant, low-effort troll response. Going out of your way to spread false information to try and annoy the fans of a series you don't like.
Trolls cant offer credit where its due, they can only focus on the negative because unique or different ideas makes them uncomfortable. This discomfort creates confusion and frustration in simpletons, so they come online looking for others to think in the same way, but when they see such critical acclaim, they get angry. And thus a new troll is born.
The circle of (online) life!
What EA needs to learn most is that they burned bridges with many gamers, including myself.
Yes, Jedi Order is a good game, I can't argue that, I've rented the game and enjoyed it. But I am hesitant to buy it because I don't want EA to have my money. They are still a dumpster trash company, and giving them my money makes me feel sick.
This is their own doing, their own fault. They are such an ignorant, toxic company, disrespecting us gamers for years no...
