If it were Series X only then they'd only be selling to 25% of the Xbox Series userbase, and that's certainly not worth the time and effort into doing a port. Could just do PS5 & PC instead. No compromises needed.
Why did you have any hopes from a Konami game in the first place?
Sony game budgets are significantly higher than Nintendo game budgets, TLOU2 and H:FW were over 200 million dollars, Nintendo won't be budgeting that for any of their games.
Porting games to PC helps keep their business going, and besides their goal is to maximize profits, at this point there's no going back away from PC ports.
People ignoring Astro's Playroom need to go back and actually play the dang thing! Its short, sweet, memorable, AND ITS FREE! PLAY IT IF YOU HAVEN'T YET!
Astro Bot deserves that 99% like ratio. The previous two games were brilliant.
Concord is not for me, I'm not big into competitive multi-player and having to spend months learning every trick and tactic to keep up with the daily playing community. I personally prefer online co-op (such as a horde mode) over competitive play.
Never claimed how Ape Escape would perform in the modern market, only that's what I personally would like to see.
Konami doesn't care about quality, or putting decent money into their games. They just want to capitalize off their old brands, doing collections, and supplement them with cheap remakes. Always keep your expectations low with Konami, some people believe that "they're back in the game business" but they're just as awful as they've been for the past decade.
MGS 3 Delta will be a let down as well, the talented devs are long gone, and the executives ar...
The dev team said, "How do we make an Overwatch clone with a Star Wars motif without having to pay Disney royalties?" And this is what we got, the Star Wars universe without getting sued set in an overpopulated genre, packed with endless micro-trash-actions. Ugh, Sony's money would have been better spent on making a single player game instead (Ape Escape 4, please?).
This was the only thing I really cared about on State of Play. Something different from all the shooting and stabbing, well-worn and stale games repeatedly being offered. This and Nikki were the only two non-violent games. A shame that its not a hybrid VR game, it doesn't make any sense why that is! Still, I loved the freebie included with the PS5 and I wanted a full-sized game of it, so I'm getting what I wanted! 80 levels sounds like quite the adventure!
What were they thinking?! Four types of currency?! I was hoping for SEVEN different kinds of in-game currency! There just isn't enough types of digital garbage to accrue while wasting endless hours of my useless lifespan on a second-rate throwaway game to an executive's wet-dream monetization scheme! Too bad.
Back to being serious, screw modern day gaming, and screw WB Games. There are better ways to spend your lifespan on than all these disrespectful live service t...
She forgot to mention Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Wizard's Edition with Ninostarter bonuses. This is the second or third most expensive PS3 game, and I own a sealed copy.

Just 40%? 🤔
RE0 & RE1 should be combined into one game, their stories are linked and it all takes place within a few days, both games are fairly short so combining them would feel like one full size game.
Another PS3 hidden gems list, and yet again Time Crisis 4 and Time Crisis Razin' Storm get snubbed. Such fun games, that shouldn't be forgotten. If only we got a home port of Time Crisis 5: Mastermind Edition.
1 first party game, 9 third party games. Says it all right there.
Sony and Nintendo won't allow GamePass on their systems. Perhaps its part of the reason why both companies removed their web browsers (well to prevent piracy as well, too).
Nope, but I was thinking about her when I typed that.
No, what you're seeking is "perfect micro-trash-actions gameplay loop", that's all you care about, you sleazy douche.
Damn it, IGN was already too big for its own good. This is bad news, I do visit some of those sites, such as Digital Foundry and Time Extension.
We'll never know what's going on behind the scenes, and if they're being influenced in some way. This sucks!
Ape Escape, Parappa / Lammy, Gravity Rush, good times. Always hoping for them to make a return, or at least similar type games, such as the newly-announced Astro Bot, but one game isn't enough. Bring back the joyfulness of the 90's era of gaming.
