Issues? My store has sold over 200 PS4's and we had a whole 2 units come back. How the hell are people coming up with this crap? Based on a bunch of trolls? It is honestly far too early to come to any conclusions it's literally been ONLY 2 days.
Also a minor comment on the article. Seriously how is MS going to compete with so few units available? My store is barely getting 60 in our first shipment where we got 270 PS4 units in our first shipment.
How do you come to the assumption that all of close mindedness?
My EB store has about 372 PS4 preorders and 62 xbox one preorders. 9 stores in the city averaging about 200+ PS4 per store and 50 xbox one per store. Canada is 3 or 4 to 1 easily in favour of PS4 and accounts for over 1/10 th of the million ps4 presales.
That's actually better than my store, it's 358 PS4's to 62 Xbox Ones, lol. If it's any flipping it was Xbox One to PS4 most of the time.
I got over 200 dual shocks in my store as well. We sold over 40 by the time the weekend hit. Xbox One is getting destroyed in my store and every store in my city. 9 stores all have numbers similar to yours or higher ratios for the top 3.
According to our training session with our MS rep it's going to be something like 32 characters so it won't be cheap overall. Probably be cheaper to get the full release on disc.
Not sure about coming back to the fold I would wait a year before I would say that. I have a ton of preorders and most of them I'd say are going to pickup, most people who put down money to preorder want their product.

Yeah something like 2 dozen exclusives and like 7-8 of them first party to boot! Whereas 360 had like 2, not counting kinect stuff.

Also a month away and our microsoft Rep got workers from all our stores together to train us on how to sell Xbox Ones. Sony didn't bother wasting our time. Guess who's not happy with their numbers? Yeah the people the got us together for the BS meeting to tell us how to sell their product.
I would like to say based on what numerical dsta did you conclude they're 'doing well'? When MS commented and said their system was hot sales this summer I laughed because at that point we got cut off by them at 30 units per store, PS4 were at 150+ per store at that point. We 'sold out' at 30 till they reopened preorders. We now have a whopping 62 preorders for Xbox One in my store and 352 PS4 preorders.

Honestly without giving any numerical data how does anyone conclude sales are good?
I will give you an example. I work at EB games in Canada. If you asked me in July did you sell out of Xbox Ones my answer would YES. You could assume they must be doing great, however if you asked why? The answer would be MS told us we only have X amount. In my case we 'sold out' at 30 units (9 stores in my city averaging ONLY 30-35 units total. At that point if you delve further...
Interestingly enough they have a thin case like the ones in dvd movie thinpacks. I know because we have a NBA 2k14 bundle pack for sale for $99.99 that has both 360 and Xbox One together, but, instead of discs inside it has a sheet with DLC codes on it. Same colour green fyi. Honestly I think it's ridiculous and overpriced.
Not really like Vita cases no. The vita cases are more of an opaque blue that you can't see through. Whereas the PS4 cases are a vibrant blue that you can see through a bit. I think the Xbox One cases are pretty nice actually.
As for how I know. I have boxes of them and already have games displayed in our coming soon section at EB games. They should be already displayed at your nearest Gamestops already as well.

Uh maybe future COD games, but, definitely not Ghost, preorders are down 50 percent over last years COD. With only 3 weeks away it's highly doubtful.
