And one reason why God of War is better: (1) God of War is better.
Long ago? Games like Unreal Tournament had bots. Not a bad option to preserve playability of these kinds of games.
Could be.
If you want console prices to drop, you have to convince millions of people not to buy them at MSRP. As much as people complain about inflation, they keep buying stuff.
I know this is unpopular with “Bloodborne” fans, but the game’s graphics and frame rate are like sandpaper on my eyes. I’m not going to play it until it sees a remaster. The “Demon’s Souls” remaster is gorgeous, and that helped push me past the opening area, into a world of collecting souls to power up for boss fights.
PS5 owners are going to get the best version of this game.
“Contrary to the narrative that Sony’s purchase ruined Bungie, an insider says the alternative was total insolvency for the company as an independent entity.”

Folks in the U.S. don’t understand that the U.S. had one of the lowest rates of inflation. It’s worse in almost every other country and the U.S. dollar is a lot stronger which makes imports even cheaper. I would love to see deflation but we’d need a recession and mass layoffs before that would happen,
“Concord” is a simple enough game as an “Overwatch” clone. Sony still has free-to-play options to save it. From what we’ve heard, “Factions II” would have an entire games-as-a-service ecosystem like “The Division” or “Destiny”. Those latter games require a lot of resources for new content releases and see significant drops in players between content pushes. By all accounts, Bungie was ready to close before a Sony bought them. And Ubisoft cancelled “The Division Heartland”. The business model ...
“Reviews are now out for star wars outlaws and they are far far from perfect.”
This right here is the problem with fan reaction to game reviews. If a review isn’t in the 8 to 10 best game ever range, fans pounce on the offending publications. But we can’t have all games score in the 8 to 10 range. To normalize scores, we need to encourage low review scores. Fans need to reconcile with the truth that they can play and enjoy mediocre games.
A lot of the media were ready to kill Concord before it released. The talk was about Sony taking away resources from its great single player games in order to fund games as a service boondoggles. Before Redfall’s release, the media talked about how Redfall would be the beginning of a continuous rollout of AAA Xbox exclusives. So when Redfall released, the quality of the game was shocking. When Concord released, the quality of the game didn’t matter.
Take a shower, clean up your language, and get a girlfriend.
Yes, if only Concord had more white males. /s
As someone who doesn’t want season passes and pay-to-win micro-transactions , I don’t understand the drive to kill Concord.
Series S is exactly as much of a problem as people thought.
“all AAA makers are going for this low fps do too lack of optimization”
This is 100% not true.
While it’s true that Xbox owners aren’t losing games, they are missing out on games that could have played if they bought a PS5 instead. If Microsoft said “no more exclusives” back in 2020, we wouldn’t have disappointed Xbox owners today.
I lost faith during the Xbox One presentation in May 2013.

Jesus. Reddit doesn’t collate data. People do. You can avoid videogamer.net and upvote the redditor here: https://www.reddit.com/r/De...
I would love a realistic post nuclear war survival sim. No robots. No super human mutants. Just a bleak hellscape of radiation sickness and nuclear winter.
