This'll be on my list if it makes its way to console.
Yay for, a game.
Games like this are made in poor taste.
I have no issue with violence in video games/other media, as long as there's a reason for it. Be it artistic expression, a moral point, a plot device, or a game mechanic that correlates to the theme of the game - there has to be a valid reason. I believe a game such as this only gives politicians more ammunition to blame video games for violence that occurs, and if this game were actually sold... I'd struggle to argue. Who...
You make a valid point. Though in this instance I believe that the makers of this game were simply trying to cash in quick on a very sad fact that plagues America, which is the rampant and rising increase of school shootings.
The creators who made this literally did so knowing that it was in poor taste. GTA on the other hand has more to it than simply focusing on merely shooting people (it has plot and various game mechanics to spice up what the game offers, such as racing,...
Not happening, sorry. Especially this far into the gen.
Xcom2 is great, but I'd suggest enjoying it with the War of the Chosen expansion installed. It provides a lot more content (think of the base game expanding in width). It also provides quality of life improvements (base game has a tendency to rush you through a map / which you can adjust with WOC).
Either way, this is a win for anyone into these type of games.
I'm over this. Honestly. It's happening, these articles milking it will drive me insane by the time the game actually releases to the public.
Xcom 2 is a fantastic game. Perhaps it being offered for free relates to the little rumours about another expansion in the horizon. Certainly a more appealing option if everyone has their hands on Xcom 2.
*Shrug* Not really intrigued by the Fallout name since F4.
Honestly, I love the three of them equally and for various reasons. Which goes to show the excellent motion capture / narrative.
I just, absolutely love this game.
"I’ll tell you that the last thing on my mind as I watched Aloy cup her hands to capture falling snowflakes as she gazed photogenically across white plains dotted with robotic dinosaurs was, gee, this game could really use some better graphics."
I got a good laugh from this. I agree, the itch for better graphics isn't on my mind.
They had various interesting little headlines (on the magazines) littered throughout the game. One that caught my attention was them referring to an all android (5 people) expedition sent out into space to work on a planet with no way back (left to expire/die). Would be interesting seeing if they become deviants and try to find a way home.
But yes, Tokyo would be an awesome setting.
Interesting tidbits, if proven true.
I hope Detroit: Become Human (insert any city name in its place) recieves a sequal, since you know, books can often form series. *nudge nudge*
I honestly cringe now when I see the words "Star Citizen."
Vampyr, super pumped for that one.
One would hope.
This game is great.
Aesthetically they nailed what they were going for, and for that I'll give them credit. It's just apparently they dropped the ball in just about every other way.
