They'll continue to find ways to make their money, however in terms of public perception they've tarnished that for potentially the long haul. They'd need a vast change and strong commitment in showing they are for the gamer, not the stakeholder. And seeing as how it's EA.
One doesn't need to think long and hard on which road EA will take.
Right? I mean, we should all give cheaters, scum, thieves, liars and the like a second chance. Wait.
No, no we shouldn't. EA might not be physically assaulting us, but morally and ethically they spat on the faces of gamers alike. Throwing on a new coat of paint doesn't change the decrepit rot at its core.
This'll be fantastic.
Updates. Yes!
But updates which create enough content to make an empty game, an actual game - is less common (and I frown upon it since a game isn't supposed to release, empty).
Gameplay looks okay, but thankfully I'm hooked on the atmosphere/plot aspect. I'll pick this up when the price goes down a little.
Oh I didn't know they were still building the game! I thought it had gone gold and everything. Silly me.
This has caught my attention.
Do you give an abuser a second chance in life? No, no you don't.
PETA is one of the biggest fraud/jokes going. Everything they do is a publicity stunt.
Beautiful.
100% Agreed. I'd say the sweet spot is within a 6 month - year ratio.
For those that fall for the same old Destiny trick - don't be surprised when you're once again, played.
Square Enix needs to learn to not announce games that are 5+ years off.
lol <3
I can't be mad. This is a sad yet flattering way of someone saying "So those games. Can we has?" Can weeeeeee?"
Heavy Rain I believe is gifted if you pre-order Detroit.
Small text is a pain in any game/medium, and I say this while having great eyesight and a 4k tv. If they can gradually implement more settings to allow the adjustment of text (games in general) then that should ease the frustration that a lot of people feel.
Otherwise gamers skip sections where text is the focus.
It won't suck, but it also won't be worth the price tag (which guaranteed, isn't going to reflect the change in their formula of game). My only question is, how exactly do they expect to sustain the same level of dedication from their diehard fanbase if there's (presumably) a new Battle Royal mode with each yearly instalment over a campaign? Or, for that matter, this being the only Battle Royal attempt? Just seems to spell disaster, but hey - they'll be rich quick, and may...
The narrative work pulls me right in.
EA is the black cloud.
