Your dream. My chaos.

I would like to see gameplay, because detail (while lovely) only goes so far. I'm on the fence with how this FPS (Or First Person RPG - with some shooting) experience will be. I believe them on their intent, but ultimately the gamers end up being the judge of its implementation.

No. But I'm getting a sense a lot of people would like it to, because writing about negative topics tends to get a lot of clicks.

Days Gone hasn't given us a reason to doubt it. If anything they've stayed true and honest on what it is they are making and plan to deliver. Will it sell amazingly? Who knows, but I'll be buying it.

Atmospheric. Weird. Certainly not boring.

So sour lol

I smile seeing where game narratives are headed, opening up and offering more themes and stories.

I frown when I see how scared people like you are when you see something that unsettles you. Kissing scene in Last of Us 2? The horror. Potential for something of that sort in Cyberpunk 2077 - call the presses.

If content that depicts the LGBT community, or thematic forms of it are enough to stop you from gaming. Then it looks like you're in for a very, v...

Having LGBT representation in a game does not automatically equate to it being done so in order to pander. The world is filled with more than what you constitute as your own safety net.

Naughty Dog knows how to tell a good story. If they feel that the sexual orientation of Ellie is what they want to focus on before she starts slaughtering her enemies, so be it.

So that duel was taking place in the open world huh? I like that. With the camera movement it almost felt like it became its own bubble with the rest of the world cut off. Good to know that's not the case.

Not sure I like that, but I'll hold my judgement for now.

FPS eh.

At least Spidey didn't turn into dust at the end of the demo.

Am I right? *sad laugh*

Part of me thinks that to shoot one's way through the game, is to be pulled down into the darkness.

Challenge. Accepted.

2019. The Year I obtain a Switch.

Awesome reveal. Looks like this'll be the best Smash yet.

What I love:
The atmosphere. The tone. The bending of reality and the extent at which one is able to sense the changes. The playing of time. The ability to make a montage out of carrying supplies.

What made me chuckle:
The thought came to me that this'll be the most intense postal service delivery game, ever made.

This is when getting a Switch becomes a very, very appealing option.

100% agreed. That or somehow find a way to avoid a 15m intermission. It felt like watching t.v. Where the commercials kick in way to soon and stay far too long.

The scene might've felt awkward since we have little context on their relationship or at what point that scene takes place in the game. That said, gameplay looks great (I hope we get to use Joel as well).

I did frown a little at the character model. Didn't feel like it was Ellie.

I imagine we have nothing to worry about. They know how to tell a story.

Games were great. Format was awful (conceptually I understand what they were going with but they didn't deliver it properly). While this year was missing the usual shock/awe, I believe it made up for it with more in depth looks at 4 upcoming games, 3 of which we hadn't seen anything on prior.

Certainly not their best e3, but Sony has a consistently high bar set for themselves. If possible, I'd like for them to return to their older format where it's in one l...
