Just because NES/SNES/N64 titles are "before your time" doesn't make them any less meaningful. I never owned any of the 3 mentioned consoles but thanks to the Wii VC got to play some awesome games like Mario 64, Castlevania 4, Kirby's Adventure, Super Mario Bros, Super Metroid, etc. The fact I hadn't played them as a kid meant nothing. Also, playing them on the go with the Switch adds another selling point.

The problem with most review sites:

"This is a very flawed, very disappointing game with many issues that prevent it from being fun. It is mediocre to its core, and very few will enjoy it."

Final score: 7.5/10

"This game has guns in it and multiplayer and you can shoot shoot bang bang, also the graphics are nice."

Final score: 9.5/10

Well okay, but the loss of this mode is the reason I'm not buying it. And I can't help but think many gamers will pick this up and just assume GT mode will be in it, and thus be massively disappointed. Also, GT has always has mainstream and casual appeal; when I got GT3 I was a 13 year old with no car knowledge AT ALL. Didn't stop me from enjoying the hell out of it and messing around with car upgrades.

Rayman Legends is one one the best platformers I've ever played. A new game in the series would be awesome.

"Has only boss battles."
Not true. The game has many normal levels with platforming segments.
"I doubt anyone cares for this."
I'm a PS4 fan and I think Cuphead looks fantastic. Better than any other XBO title in my opinion. If it was coming to PS4 it would be at the top of my most wanted list.

Game devs should be able to make games the way they want. If they want to work on 10 difficulty settings from super easy to mega hard, fine. If they want to concentrate on balancing a single difficulty setting for their intended experience, that's fine too. If consumers don't want that, they don't have to buy it. Devs should have complete freedom without being shamed.

It's not a case of "omg, git gud", it's a case of allowing devs to fulfill th...

I have more Vita games than PS4 games, with several upcoming games that I want. It's alive for me!

Fall 2020. Let the PS4 have another few years. I don't know why some people are so desperate for next gen.

I'd say Oblivion is my favourite but Morrowind is a very close second. Morrowind had the bigger and more varied world and deeper character management but Oblivion had better combat and more varied side-quests. Plus having an actual physics engine made for a more immersive experience IMO.

Gaming continues to take one step forward and three steps back. I've been gaming since the Master System and every consecutive generation, things have gotten better. Until this gen. Now it's becoming worse.

I still own a shrink wrapped copy of their original run of Breach and Clear. :) Since then I've bought several of their releases.

There was a 5 and a half year gap between the release of GTA IV and GTA V. Wouldn't be surprising if we have the same again, with GTA VI releasing in early/mid 2019. But yeah, too soon to really be speculating. Let them take their time and make it as great as possible; beats the hell out of yearly releases making a franchise feel stale.

Whether or not the final game is the same, putting out a buggy demo is still not a great decision. First impressions matter a lot, and many people use demos to determine whether they will buy the full game or not.

"This game tries to show what psychosis is like but ends up invalidating real experiences."

You mean like Depression Quest?

The Vita inspired him to get involved in the gaming industry, and he now has a full-time job doing something he loves.

Yeah, sounds like his life reeeeally sucks, good observation mate.

It's funny how these articles have popped up right around the time EastAsiaSoft have started announcing Vita exclusives like Reverie and Sir Eats-A-Lot, with more in the pipeline, and Mary Skelter coming soon. It's such a dead console exclusives are still being released...

Also, I fail to see why every game needs to be exclusive for it to matter. "That one's also on PS4." "That one's also on PS3." "That one's also on PC." &...

"Who cares if he's not great at games, what matters is his ability to review it."
*He literally gives a game a misguided review because he's crap at games*

That is... A very interesting list to say the least. Especially:

18. Rez Infinite
36. Destiny
66. Batman: Arkham Knight

I'm all for respecting their opinions, I'm just surprised is all. And confused. XD
