Being able to play a wealth of classic games on the go would be awesome and tip a lot of fence sitters (including myself) to take the plunge and buy a Switch. Kirby's Adventure on the train, please! :)
Sony knows how to nurture devs, not control them. Just look at Media Molecule for a great example of that.
"But you, Billy, you're just a man. The world's scummiest man poses no more threat to me than does its scummiest termite."
*Billy lifts up his phone*
"What's that? Another ultimate weapon?"
"Old Billy Mitchell always has a plan."
*Pushes button on screen, wires money to Twin Galaxies. Monitors display his new scores at the top of every leader boards.*
Gotta remember this is N4G where every score below an 8 is click bait / hater and every score over 9 is from a shill. Oh and you're not allowed to step outside the meta critic by more than 1 point or you're DEFINITELY wrong. Unless of course the consensus is otherwise as decided by the unwatchable watchmen and almighty arbiters of gaming opinion.
It's this sort of pathetic, inane, idiotic, immature attitude that I hate about the gaming community.

I may have to buy a spare Vita while I can. Great system. I have a bunch of games in my backlog and still more to come.
Same here mate. I was sceptical before buying MGSV but the glowing reviews and talk of "the best Metal Gear ever" convinced me that I was worried over nothing. End result? Literally the most disappointing game of my entire life, and I've been gaming since the Sega Master System. So I can understand your scepticism.
Nice, now do Rare reacts to Sea of Thieves reviews.
(Couldn't help myself XD)
Sony has great variety. For every exclusive that doesn't interest you there's something else that does. I legitimately don't think I could handle only owning an Xbox One this gen. There are simply too many great games that I would've missed out on. The only reason I don't have more PS4 games is that I buy the Vita version if there's one available. Oh, and none of those games are on Xbox One either. If you enjoy your XO that's fine, but I honestly don't think I ...
I had some good memories playing Modnation. :( Sad to see it go, but it was inevitable.
Get ready for another billion dollar IP.
Because we all know that by role-playing as a character in a fictional realm means you are that person in real life. Which is why anyone who plays Civilisation and ever at any point starts a war is a clinical sociopath and megalomaniac. And anyone who has ever played GTA is a psychopath who just wants to murder people. And anyone who plays D+D as a chaotic evil is just exposing their true personality. The things I did playing Roller-coaster Tycoon... I am nothing but a money-hungry sadist ple...
I don't think it was just there to show how evil the terrorists were and I completely disagree that just having it as a cutscenes would've had the same impact.
The way I saw it, it was a way for the player to experience that same feeling of anxiety as the character, the sudden realisation that, in order to stay undercover you need to kill innocent civilians. It elicited a feeling of guilt and disgust at my actions for the sake of the mission, exactly what the under...
Never heard of this game before so don't know the situation. What did they put in it to appeal to SJWs?
It goes to show that, just as in the animation industry, the biggest factor in terms of quality comes down not to time spent or money poured in, but the talent and creative vision of those involved.
Until yesterday all I'd seen and heard about Sea of Thieves was from people online. "Maybe there are troll opinions, maybe some of it is from Xbox haters jumping on a bandwagon," I thought to myself.
Yesterday I saw my brother and his wife, both big Xbox fans. Both of them reported the exact same issues I'd seen time and again, and said they stopped playing after 2 days because there was nothing new to do. And my brother is big on social and co-op gaming, ...
So excited for this. :)
For me it's basically a tie between MGS 3 and 4. (Although I would say 4 should absolutely be played on hard mode for a better experience) Both are pretty different games in terms of pacing, environment, general gameplay, story... 3 has the best standalone story but 4 managed to take an entire complex series and give it an actual fitting ending that fully explained many mysteries. (Something that's rare these days, just look at series like Lost which just kept piling mysteries to BS t...
Damn, I really do miss Jack and Daxter. Jak 2 is one the best games of its era.
