Where are the good old days when the consumer actually had freedom. Gamers used to make maps themselves and extend the life of the game.
Now a days its just greedy developers ensuring people have no freedom so they can sell their crap DLC after DLC.

Japanese RPG's just dont impress anymore. Asides FF which isnt that great, any other JRPG has hardly delivered this gen.
Personally after enjoying the recent Western Rpgs such as:
The Witcher
Dragon Age
Mass effect series
JRPG seem less and less appealing.
Implementing such Drms is only harming the legit customer, the pirate just enjoys the game regardless. The Drm is causing a loss of sale if anything. If they are expecting Pirates to pay that wont happen.
Sooner or later all the consoles will be cracked too, so what are they gonna do then? Xbox 360's been cracked for a long time. This will only hurt sales.
Why are you comparing the ps3 the latest cutting edge graphics cards, when the ps3 itself is so old.
You dont need a 500usd gpu to beat a ps3, a 70usd gpu will do just that.
And yea you can create a PC for 500usd which will rofl stomp a Ps3, while costing cheaper in the long run, due to lower prices on games.
last time i checked 360 was a 3-4yr old pc, just labeled and controlled by microsoft.
Not being able to use a HD of your choice just shows how the system is controlled by MS. If ppl are happy with that, then no one should be whining about it.
Eh i really dont care which console is selling better, since owning any one of them would be the last thing id be doing.
Its just odd to see people support a system which has faulty hardware and blocks out any sort of competition on its hardware accesories, tells alot about the companies business ethics. It would be fine if MS was charging 5-10% higher then market prices. Not 200-300% higher.
Well 3rd parties would love to market accessories for the 360. However anyone using a non microsoft accessory gets banned. So much for competition, MS has ensured they can milk their users all gen long. Imo its very unethical to cut out the entire competition on their platform in such a way.

Clearly xbox 360 is the most expensive gaming platform out there, while it has titles running at 576p and RROD issues.
Still not buying games with this sort of DRM.

Specially getting that q6600 to 3.2ghz is epic. Thats another part about Pc gaming, you get to learn about the system you play on and its not a necessity however you may chose to take it to the limits which is always fun.
read the specs of the PC i created when the PS3 was launched.
As i mentioned that PC still out performs any console and its 3 yrs old now just like the consoles. Hence that proves you dont need to upgrade a PC if you just want to play better then what consoles can do.
However, i you want to be on the cutting edge which is far above what a normal user would be wanting then PC can be taken those limits too. Hence i would say PC is versatile it can catter to the hig...

thats not a fraction, later on with the PS3 you gotta pay more per game.
Also lets not forget most ppl already have a PC. Making it into a 1080p 60fps gaming enabled machine would cost 100-150usd, now thats cheaper then getting a PS3 and superior since PS3 cant runn ALL its games in 1080, about 25 of its 400 released titles run in 1080p many are even belo...
