I don't think Altair was a good character at all. Sure, he's a badass, but I don't recall any development or anything. I seem to remember him being kind of a d!ck actually...to be fair I didn't play through the whole game myself (although I saw how it ended). Basically Altair was a killing machine, lacking all emotions except extreme anger.
And I'd have chosen Roman over Brucie. Roman was more developed and likable. Actually, I'd have chosen Roman over Ni...
He was trying to pressure Sony into lowering the price of the console so that more people would buy the PS3, and the Activision games.
If you really think a company would just walk away from millions of dollars then you're an idiot. They make money off the PS3 they just want more.
I seriously doubt that. The first Transformers film was absolute sh!t, but for some reason everyone loved it. They had so many useless characters that could have been played by crash dummies. And I absolutely loved the part where they showed some guys wife in a poor attempt to make us care whether he would die or not...I never did, not even a little.
The only thing that could have saved that movie is if it turned into a total gore-fest. Each and every character being cut to shred...
If you merged the 360 and PS3, what would the xbox contribute?
Xbox Live? Sony's getting pretty close. What I'm getting at is MS doesn't make games, and until they do I don't give a dam about how many extra pixels a game I can buy on both systems has on the 360.
I just don't respect MS' strategies, or the fact that they almost totally lack 1st party studios. Throwing money at companies to steal exclusivity does not help the gaming public whatsoever, especially when i...

I would like to hear people's Natal game ideas, because I just don't see it.
And VR will only ever be possible in arcades. There is no way "Everyday Joe" would have that much money, or space for a massive VR machine. It'd have to be the size of at least a bathroom unless they plug straight into your brain.
This seems like the wrong place to post that comment, seeing as you can get both on one.
Not trying to be a douche or anything, I'm just saying.
Also, I'm getting really tired of hearing "owning all three = win", etc. I get it, your the Sweden of gaming.
lol...shrimp.
Anyway, Milo just reminds me of Seaman for the Dreamcast. I don't really get why they chose a little kid though. They should have went with a talking animal/alien/anything else. By making him a child they instantly remove the possibilities for hitting him or killing him by not paying attention to him. If you ever played Seaman you'd understand what I'm trying to get at.
Otherwise I still don't see how Natal could be implemented in games I'd want to play...
Wait, are you serious? When did Golden Girls come out? And why wasn't I informed?!?!
Seriously though, I can understand if you don't own a bluray player you wouldn't want to get one just for movies. But if you do own one, why wouldn't you? You should at least be buying new, good movies in that format. The crappy movies you can leave on DVD, but your Blade Runner quality movies (ie the best movie ever) have got to be purchased on bluray. There is no reason not to, especially since...
If they chose Shanghai they'd have to have Shanghainese voicework. Nothing feels more fake than people from a non-English-as-a-primary-langu age speaking country talking it all the time. I hate when movies do that, and it'd be worse when games did it.
Honestly I don't see them leaving the US even though I think it'd be cool if they did.
Does 'Demon's Souls' even make grammatical sense? It sounds so off to me.
Demon Souls sounds more correct...Or Demon's Soul...Is demon plural? "There are many demon out there"..I guess not.
I can't wait to get the game, but the title bugs me.
Did anyone see their live demo of Prototype a while back? They made that look like a horrible game.
They must have given the controller to a monkey, because the player couldn't do anything right. They just ran into things and jumped in circles...
Lets hope they don't do that again with God of War...It totally killed any hype I had for Prototype.
"PS3 is for nubs, I talked my friend into trading his in for a wii at gamestop the other day, best decision of his life."
So you think it's the best decision you've ever made him make after his ~3 days of owning it?
You sound like quite the classy friend. Peer pressure is definitely going to make him love the Wii...
Yeah, who buys a console for exclusives anyway? I can't believe those games look slightly worse! I'm going to burn my PS3 and every exclusive game I own!
WHY DOESN"T SONY LOVE ME ENOUGH TO GIVE ME THE PIXELS I WANT! WHYYY?!?!!
Would everyone report this tool and get his comment off this page.
You must be the biggest idiot on this site. If I hadn't already beaten the game I'd be trying to find your home address.
This makes me think that their "sarcastic comparison" a few days back was less sarcastic than I had thought.
I also have a hard time believing that 3 people played the game and they all gave the almost identical low scores. One person actually complains about enemies not clearing out. Having beaten the game to 100%, I'm certain that having enemies is a lot less annoying than having none. WTF would you even do with nobody to kill?
Anyway, I'm glad this revie...
That only applies to online games where stats are read for trophies. You can't cheat with online stats, so they can give trophies retroactively that way.
Warhawk, Battlefield, etc were able to give trophies that way. Single player trophies have to be earned again.
I'm hoping they don't require trophies for MGO, or its going to be even harder to get that platinum (the Konami ID probably interferes anyway).
What?
Snake's just welding his way through some Metal Gear...without a bandanna.
Oh come on, you're not even trying anymore.
I thought the 'PSMotion' had analogue sticks on it. They're going to have to add something. One analog stick on each controller would be perfect, even if they're like the PSP's.
The major flaw I see in Natal is not being able to move around. You can only really move a foot in each direction, so walking through the game would be kind of difficult. Unless you're into walking in place.
