I'd say get both for RPGs. For some reason, handhelds and RPGs go 'hand in hand'. =P
Cheesy pun aside, they both seem to have an overabundance of RPGs and you'll be missing a huge chunk of great games, not just RPGs, if have to choose only one.
I'd offer up my Collector's Edition copy of inFamous, signed by Sucker Punch, but I can't bear to part with it.
If you're interested in learning about the cars and how to race and the physics behind it all, I recommend you get the Collector's Edition which comes with the APEX book. Very comprehensive, it even shows you how engines work, load transfers, wheel types etc.... Too much to mention here
...that PD won't succumb to the crappy reviews. PD are all about the cars and I don't think they'll spit in the face of their own passion just to please some reviewers. The amount of effort and level of detail they put into GT5 is astonishing and really sets them apart from other developers.
That's cool mate. Don't worry about wasting your bubs. I think it's all url based for uploading images.
Here, + bubbles from me =)
I was been looking for some retail stock of the G25, unfortunately, I couldn't find one. So my only option was the G27(AU$499) or Fanatec's 911 GT3 V2 Wheel(AU$699)!
So, I gave up and purchased the DFGT(AU$138). I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the experience is with the wheel. Now my mission is to save up for the 911 GT3 V2 in the coming months.
Do you have a picture of your stand?
The DFGT wheel is a great wheel for GT5. Not as flashy as the G27 or Fanatec's 911 GT3 V2 Wheel, but for a fraction of the price it's well worth the money. I was using the Dualshock with GT5 and I thought it was ok, but after buying the wheel the fun factor went through the roof!
When I move out of my apartment and into my house, I'm gonna get GT3 V2 and use 1st home owner's grant to fund it!
...I think it may be the cause for the, not so glorious, reviews. Like this review states GT5 is 'a car nut's dream', and not 'a 'racing-game nut's dream'. The attention to detail is overwhelming to most people, but to rev heads it's heaven.
Personally, I think GT5 is awesome.
...this site can be depressing sometimes but there are different/better sites to check out for your gaming needs. The Escapist is pretty good and it doesn't have much of the nonsense that goes on here in N4G.
N4G is great because it's the most comprehensive collection of gaming news on the web, it's just sometimes,it can be a volatile place where you spend more time defending your personal taste rather than promoting them.
...these deals are making me poor!
I'm not sure if voice commands would work for a fast paced FPS. How would you choose where to get behind cover or walk in different directions? I think it may be a bit cumbersome.
Like you, I prefer my games with a controller.
I really wanted to get this game, especially with the price being so low. Have they fixed the long load times? If so, I might pick it up so I can make some tracks!
I think Sony owns the rights to the franchise so they can make a sequel anytime. Although, I'm not sure how they'll relpicate the intricate facial animation that was put into the game by Ninja Theory.
Folklore's not too bad. Very off beat and a little old school with the text dialogue.
These rated at least over 80: Flower, Joe Danger, Echochrome, Dead Nation, PixelJunk Eden....the list goes on.
Like the 360, the PS3 has a tonne of fantastic games. Just enjoy them, mate.

Yes, but you live in the Bahamas. I'd pay more for games to live there! :D
Just did a massive 2 hour search and now I'm bummed. For the GT3RS with clubsport pedals, I would have to fork out AU$699! Even the G27 is too much at AU$450 plus.
Sigh...
...and I'm having a blast taking down those Nazi installations. When I got the maps for the regions and realized how many I had to blow up, I almost gasped audibly.
The game has a tonne of flaws, like akward controls, clumsy climbing and stupid enemy AI, but it's still an addictive experience. It's not going to win awards but the fun factor is definitely there.
It almost feels like a puzzle game when I'm trying to sneak into places without get...
Look up Live for Speed, these guys take their simulation pretty seriously. Also, try iRacing.
