I can see why some people wouldn't like the game but I've been playing since launch and it's been an absolute blast. Although, I do admit after playing almost every day for the past 2mths, the game needs more content.

Also, much of the game's awesome content lies in the endgame so it would be hard to gauge the game at level 15. It's unfortunate that your friends couldn't join you since the game is definitely more fun with a good group. The first patch...

Oh man, if Rockstar can replicate San Andreas like they did with Liberty City in GTA IV that would be amazing!

Well, for me it was a bit of a letdown but it wasn't shyte by any means.

Coming off high expectations from Vice City and San Andreas I really felt IV was lacking in fun. I've probably played VC and SA over 5 times each but I've found no desire to play IV again. The expansions are a little better as they have some of the same fun factor from the previous games.

My list would include:

Bully
Arkham Asylum
Vice City or San Andreas
Red Dead Redemption
Fallout 3
The Saboteur
Persona 3
Mafia (PC version)

What's with the sausage lips and vampy makeup? Granted, when we last saw Alyx her father just got skewered to death, so she may have had a change in her outlook on life, hence the darker emo-look. Still, please bring back original Alyx!

"Pulling the pc version sealed its fate."

That and having a douchebag as the main character.

Alan Wake, for me, is the most obnoxious and annoying protagonist ever. The levels where other characters were invloved were much more fun and interesting. The game was fun but really nothing special.

I'm almost certain the game's soundtrack will be awesome, so I would have liked to have that for a potential collector's edition. An artbook with art deco stylings would have also been appreciated. Oh well, as long as the game is as awesome as I think it is, I'll be happy

How about the hacking skill, lockpicking skill or underwater swimming skill attributes? Then the augs take it to another level with increased leg stength, cloaking for humans or machines etc. Certain conversations can lead to different results as well and you would have known that if you had played the game for more than five mins.

All those things add to different play styles and a unique gameplay approach for each player. So many choices, sounds like an RPG to me.

Oh man, a NOLF remake or sequel would make my day. One of the funniest games I've ever played.

Steve might actually be a nice change from Clark Kellogg.

Same guys who made the Runaway series. Might be a nice pick up for adventure game lovers.

Anyone else notice that he owns the book, "The Art of Mackin'".

Classic literature.

Yeah, the eyes on the helmet look like two egg yolks. Might reconsider the CE purchase, thanks poster.

No, it's not fine, it's still illegal. Although used game sales and rentals are also probable factors in studio closures, they are still legal avenues to obtain games. This is solely about pirating and it's separate from any other issues that these devs and publishers are having.

Why are you defending piracy so much?

What's so funny? If the game has already been purchased once, the devs and publishers have already gotten their revenue. Simple

@Mikeyy:
Saying that 'it's just the way it is' doesn't justify a deliberate act of theft.

One question regarding the concept of 'shrink', does it include theft for products in your store or do you have separate measures to prevent theft?

@Motion:
Of course I can assume that. What I can't assume is that it's definite sale but I can certainly assume that it's a potential sale.

Bottomline is, ...

Please explain.

So, by your logic, I guess it's ok if Treyarch lost 960,000 potential sales since they made over 10 million of actual sales.

Therefore, again by your logic, if you were to make over $100,000 for a year's worth of salary, it would be ok for me to shave off $10,000 of your hard earned money since you make so much.

Rubbish.

Put yourselves in these developer's shoes, you are stealing from them and if the roles were reversed, you woul...
