That's even better! I hope you're right coz that would sweeten the deal. Do you know if that's exclusive to EB? I was thinking of getting from Game or JB Hifi.
The Australian version is slightly different. It's got a mini suitcase as opposed to the 'travelling case'. Still, an extra $100+ is a bit excessive.
@BitbyDeath: The thing is the media/internet is polluted with fanboys, so I guess you're both right.
@darkride66: "Negativity perpetuates itself, and it gets hits." That pretty much describes it all mate. Nowadays, even positive articles are met with vitriol from the gaming community and it's really tiring.
I still remember his killphrase from the original, I wonder if I can use it on him somehow...
Yeah, that's weird, MJs jersey is obscured... probably coz Starks is pulling on it.
Yeah, Infamous 2 was fantastic. Might not be GOTY, but definitely my action-game of the year, with so much insane things to do.
@BiggCMan - The good side was great, but the evil path is something else. You won't be disappointed.
Although playing through the original would introduce you to the DE universe and concepts, I'm pretty sure the story in Human Revolution will be a separate experience since it's a prequel with different characters. HR takes place in 2027, whereas the original was set in 2052, from memory. Still, I recommend playing the 1st game if you have the time.
Must buy...I just hope the pacing is as good as the original. Some downtime from the action would be appreciated. Hopefully, we get to see some of the old characters, I wouldn't mind beating on Gunther Hermann again.
This is...RIDICULOUS!! Anger rising...
To be honest, I completely agree with you. It was nice to get some discounted PSN games and the beta for U3, but I just feel there isn't enough content for the subscription amount. It's almost 'hit or miss' with the stuff on offer.
Regardless of sales, this is a game that needs to be played by anyone who has a chance to play it.
This is game design at its best.
Unique. Epic.
I personally enjoyed it but also found it to be incosistent story wise. I loved the branching, intelligent storyline that felt straight of the movie 'Chinatown' but the outcome of certain cases took me out of the game.
The homicide cases, in particular, felt as if I was forced to into a charging a suspect even though I felt the evidence was contradictory. That was probably how it was intended, but I would have preferred following my own personal leads and investigati...
Update is available but can't sign in yet. I think once we're able to change our passwords we can start playing online! Fingers crossed...
ROFL!
LA Noire and Witcher 2. I'm also taking a chance on Brink.
There's a bunch of us waiting to play DCUO. I was waiting for the raids to reset for the week and then this happened.
It's a paid subscription and I really hope they reimburse the players at least 2 days.
That would be a sweet deal.
I've been playing Okamiden on the DS and it hasn't pulled me in as much as the original on the PS2. If this sequel is true, hopefully it can bring back the same magic on the big screen.
Glad it finally came, the Batcave 3 raid looks tasty...
For me, the DS3 analog sticks feel smoother and more comfortable for my thumbs whereas the DS2s I have for my PS2 feels less controlled and jerky. I agree about the rumble being a bit soft but I've gotten used to the intitial awkwardness of the L2/R2 triggers.
The size is perfect for me and I've got big hands. I'm probably one of the few people who liked the original Xbox jumbo controller.
