Unfortunately these consoles aren't built for 60 FPS buddy. They have 8 slowly clocked cores meant to handle a decent amount of data at 30 FPS.
Next gen will likely be different once they have 6 or 8 zen cores, but that's not now. In fact there are rumors the new battlefield will up the player count, if that happens you can bet 30 FPS will be the standard.

I don't think you understand what I meant - there are widespread reports that the Titan V crashes in mining and other professional applications. Every gaming review I have seen shows it stuttering in a ton of popular games too.

MS isn't catching up at all. 3:1 is an accurate estimate at the moment, and don't expect that to change. I doubt MS will admit any 100% concrete numbers considering how pathetic they would look if everyone knew the truth.

Erhhhh duh it was lol. The PS4 Pro was INTENTIONALLY a "half measure." It was made because it's almost cheaper to make newer graphics cards after 3 years.
Furthermore - MS f***ed up by not making the XBX a FULL measure. It should have been 20% stronger, actual exclusive games available at launch, and come with the name "XBOX Two".

I have an SSHD in my LAUNCH PS4, and I have never seen load times as bad as the ones shown in this benchmark. Usually 15-30 seconds. Slower than my PC (With SSD raid lol), but definitely acceptable.
Then again you can't upgrade the XBOX's internal harddrive, and the XBX still uses Sata II!

Exactly. The fact that it is even debatable if Playstation won this year is pathetic considering BOTH xbox and Nintendo released new hardware this year.
Even in a year where Playstation has had no new major hardware releases, they still managed to be the center of attention and dwarf their competition's COMBINED sales...
LOL the PS3's CELL was actually capable of doing it, and DID in a few games. However it was very limited, and only really doable at 30 FPS.
To this day that hasn't change - there are WAY bigger fish to fry when it comes to gaming performance. For instance 4K or possibly even 8K needs to be standard before you can really notice the details of reflections in people's eyes from more than 1 foot away...
