How much you wanna bet there's rumble in the PS3 by Christmas?
And all the PS3 fans will pretend that it really was Sony's "choice" to not include rumble all along.

Yup. Their problem is that they wait too long before they speak. That's it.
Koei: The EA of Japan.
Watch out for Dynasty Hello Kitty Warriors Edition VII: Empires, coming this Summer!
Reasons why this is stupid and you should all move on:
1) MS confirmed all 360s already can output digital 1080p. There's no need for this box.
2) The 120GB hard drive would fit on any system. There's no need for this box.
3) Anyone remember when Best Buy advertised a black Xbox 360 last November and everybody believed them, and months before that...? And see how they're doing it again? Hmmm...
Er, close. I'd prefer a $19.95 version, but close.
The "hack" they came up with involved using XNA express, which allows you to code programs for the 360, to run unsigned code, and therefore code programs for the 360.
As said elsewhere- they might as well distribute a can opener in a can. If you have the tools to do all of this, you could just run XNA studio and develop real 360 software anyway.
By "selective", they mean they're going to use software-based emulation, just like the 360 uses. Which they made fun of in the press for... well.. over a year.
Gasp?
And Wow.
Yup. This is the only game on Xbox 360 to use more than one disc. And it's all for HD video content that couldn't fit on any disc format regardless of what console you're talking about. In fact, 9GB * 3discs = 27GB, just larger than a single-layer BluRay. This game might even be 2 discs on the PS3 unless they used dual-layer.
And yes, for those keeping track- outside of the High-def cutscenes, there is no reason on the face of this earth why this game should be even close to th...
If Xbox 360 is so lame, how come Sony's changing their backwards compatibility scheme to the exact same one as 360 (software instead of hardware) for the exact same reasons Microsoft said it was necessary over a year ago (too much cost, too little benefit)?
I kid, I kid. But truthfully, everyone was reaming Xbox 360 in the press last year because of the updates. It's time for some fair play.
Are people really this stupid? XD
Seriously- the store only had enough copies to cover pre-orders, or perhaps less, so ONLY CUSTOMERS WHO HAD PRE-ORDERED THOSE COPIES WERE GETTING THEM. If someone had pre-ordered, and their copy had been given to a non-preorder customer, they'd be writing this exact same rant article in the opposite direction.
...and if a store is honestly so dumb that it's not selling games despite having more than the pre-orders, that store is losing m...
:lollerskates:
You mean you can PROGRAM for the 360 using XNA!?!?!?!!?
GOOD GOD!
THIS IS REVOLUTIONARY!!!
[/sarcasm]
Using an application for its intended purpose is, indeed, 1337 h4XX0ring.
There are some bits I disagree with as an employee- lots of people wet their pants about "not gettign a game at launch" when they reserved. Sometimes companies don't ship enough copies. Sometimes the FedEx truck comes late. But when the store does have copies, you are still guaranteed- no one gets "your" copy of the game until after 48hours after the game ships, when the store can't hold it for someone who hasn't come to pick it up anymore.
And if not enough...
Yeah, Phil was just misinterpreted, like here:

"The PS3 will have almost perfect backwards compatibility. There will be some exceptions, but we believe those will be even less than we saw from PSOne to PS2.
Backwards compatibility, as you know from PlayStation 1 and PlayStation 2, is a core value of what we believe we should offer. And access to the library of content people have created, bought for themselves, and accumulated over t...
No offense to Europe, but in a land where the bestselling game of last year was FIFA 07... I mean c'mon. XD
Seriously though, it's Final Fantasy. Regardless of platform, it'll destroy.
Too bad it's not, say, Worms:Armageddon instead of the slightly nuked version we're getting. But 'tis a small complaint- I can't wait for this game!
Yup. Lots of times working at Gamestop, we'd warn parents that a game was REALLY violent, and REALLY not appropraite for their 8-year-old, and despite our objections, they'd buy the game then threaten to sue us a week later.
Kids don't (generally) just buy violent games and play them. Parents buy them, don't supervise their kids properly, then blame it on the industry.
EDIT: And it is a legal issue, in that you shouldn't sell mature products to minors. The issue...
For those who missed it, the Oblivion devs already confirmed all the improvements for the PS3 version will be made available for 360 via patch. Updated graphics and draw distance, especially, will be the same on both consoles.
...except, as usual, you'll see better textures and lighting on 360. You don't have to quote me on that one- check out the vids once 360 gets the patch. Even with the fix, you can see the PS3 has inferior lighting.
"I don't remember too many Sony fans slamming 360 for it's BC"????
If so, you apparently haven't been online in the past year. This is one of the bigger trump cards PS3 fans lord over 360 gamers, and always has been.
But all of a sudden, Sony decides to nuke support, and it's not so important. Having rumble on a console back when DualShock came around was massive- now that it's missing from SIXAXIS, not so much. Online play on 360? Not important. Now th...
