you can't deny that SOME parents do not monitor their kid's habits. We've all seen the dumb news articles and the FOX news-esque rantings by those not in the know. He does NOT know what's "best for Sony" nor does he care what's best for Sony, otherwise he'd show more respect for them. On top of that, he's bluffing or he's really that stupid.

because they sell software, which is not the position Sony is in...they are already losing money on the hardware with each sale (though not as much as launch era losses), and them dropping the price has much more positive impact on Activision...Activision is only looking out for themselves, don't be naive enough to think they care about Sony. Kotick cares about numero uno, not Sony.
what they said for Sony's benefit or because they're concerned for the well-being of Sony...Activision knows what's best for PS3 when Sony doesn't? No, they know what's best for their own pockets...you can tell Kotick is in this for the revenue, and nothing more.

except that I believe he downplayed six-axis just a bit to infer it has no usability, which is untrue. It is more than having nothing, I liked the subtle implementations it's seen thus far, balancing on a ledge, reloading a weapon, steering in Wipeout, etc...it's not full motion control a la Wii, but it was there and refreshing... but that's just me, and that's not a big issue as the article was insightful and just. I agree with every other word I read, and I wish I could own all 3.

On topic, I still have been waiting on NBA 2K9 to drop in price for the PS3, it's gone down in price on every damn other platform, I've seen it for $20 for 360, but never for PS3, now it's almost like I should just wait for the new game if it's significantly better. Sheesh.
