Wasn't quite expecting that either since most cats were saying the 360 is kicking PS3's arse since the 360S came out. Wonder what happened?
Oh, that's right, only in America. Thanks VGChartz...
Wow, did you check that setup? Damn!
Don't know about flaming or trolling, but I think it's cool when companies compliment each other.
It's not about horsepower, it's about how you use it. In other words, THE GAMES!
The must have strong lower backs...
Bah, just the enjoy the games everyone. Let 'anal-yst' worry about sales figures.
Whether we like it or not, Kinect will get rave reviews from even the biggest sites. Where the Wii or Move will get negatives, Kinect will get passes, especially in the games department. Why? Because that's the way it is. Journalists will never admit foreign superiority over American hardware. There will always be an excuse. Here's a taste of what we've seen and will see.
Move is great at motion control, unfortunately the launch lineup is lacking. 8/10
I'm still waiting for official word on whether aim-assist is indeed in the game. From what folks be saying it seems split. Some say there is and some say there isn't. It's easy to tell, aim down the rail and let go of your analog sticks (while still aiming down the rail). Wait for an enemy to pass by and if your crosshairs move without you moving your analog stick, viola! You have noob-assist. Anyone want to post video?
What will they win exactly? Oh, nothing but bragging rights among fanboys. Don't jump into that boat, enjoy the games and give up your gratz to those who buy ANY bundle. They're just joining up with us all who contribute monies to keep our hobby going.
Shew, color me re-leaved! Bubs+ for the quick test, thanks!
Can you confirm if aim-assist is present? I apologize but you will need to do some brief camping for this test. Try this, look down the barrel and aim at a stationary enemy. Let go the analog sticks and wait. If your weapon moves with the enemy then aw sh!t, we got noob assist.
Don't know, I've been reading the forums and it seems like the hardcore folks aren't digging the aiming controls. I've asked if aim-assist was present, waiting for the answer. I sure hope there isn't any aim-assist. There's no glory, IMO, when you let the computer helps you pwn the opposition.
is true.
Aw, come on guys!
explosive? <vomits vomit>
Auto-aim is what makes QS noobish. Take away auto-aim for consoles then we're talking. Like BFBC2.
I've said the same with the EyePet. Without the Move, the fun of interaction without physical feedback last for only so long. EyePet now with the Move is so much better.
This is how it starts. Soon, the monthly subscription model for CoD will begin.
Played it this morning, pretty fun, good graphics, good map layout, decent team builds and good weapon feel. I will say there were times it seemed like my box (MW2 version) was chugged a bit (during an intense firefight) but other than that good game. Not what they were making it out to be during the tech demos though, that is for sure.
Don't fall for the 'sales' crap. If you have it, enjoy it and leave it at that. Enjoy gaming, don't debate the sales.
Why? If you enjoy gaming on either platform, wtf does outselling the other competitor do for you? I never understood the mentality that MS and journalism brought to this generation. Console wars (think about it) has nothing to do with gaming itself.
