The really sad thing is some folks don't really care about the quality of games for Kinect, as long as it sales is all that matters. MS has shaped a sad generation of gamers. During the PS2 era, I didn't even hear much about how many sales a particular game sold, or even consoles. This generation that's all I hear. Bring up a great game and someone will say it sucks because it did't sell as much as this other game. So sad.

Can't believe we got folks defending the Senators comments. Sure, go ahead and play awesome games like Halo: Reach and Gears of War 3 using Kinect. Controllers are so dated. If Kinect is so new/high/uber tech then why aren't the games?

Quantity over quality right? Sales is all that matters to you huh? Sony can come out with all the high quality exclusives they want as long you can brag about MS selling more, it's okay. Why doesn't VGChartz accurately reflect number sold? Sony announced a while back they sold 38 million for 2010 Q1 yet VG got them at 37 million? Yes, Sony also changed their reported numbers from sold to shipped a while back as well.

I've pointed out before how you are a perfect example of what is wrong with this generation. Sales, sales, sales are all you brag about. Screw quality, if it sells well that means it's good right? How about we just rejoice that all of us, regardless of the platform, are enjoying great gaming this generation. Let's not get caught up in the media hyped 'console war'. Let the companies compete so we as gamers can win.
