It's all cosmetic....so I don't get the complaining. I've spent $10 on this game for the first battle pass and have always gotten enough V Bucks to repurchase the Pass without spending another dime.
It would be absolutely amazing and of course since its a pro for consumers G.S won't do it. But to give the Elite Pro discounts at the Pro level. It would incentivize their store a lot more over equal competitors. Not to mention they'd still be making a killing in the turn around for most purchases.

I think BF5 and COD: BOps4 will sell near the same at around 15-16 M each, there's major backlash from hardcore fans that COD has a Season Pass for its content packs, while BF5 does not. Similarly, they both feature Battle Royale modes, so its not like COD has a major advantage over the other
Girl's a hack, other than a lack of interesting boss fights, this game is a near flawless in every other aspect of it. Again my opinion, as is hers, but you sucking ass at a part of the game doesn't mean its mechanically bad.
You could pick up the discontinued 500 GB Xbox One S for like $220, so I think most smart consumers would just pay the extra $30 or so and get a whole gaming system on top of a great media player.

A close friend of mine's nephew, spent $70 just this past weekend on the game buying skins/ tiers and of course the Battlepass. And hilariously enough, he's in the lower spectrum of the amount of money some people spend on this game. Its purely cosmetic, but man oh man, as long as people keep buying there is no end to it.

Internals, the HDMI spec on the OG Xbox Ones are not up to par to deliver HDR @ 60Hz at a full 10 bit rate
And its what most consumers buy, 90% of the gaming fan base could care less about exclusives, so long as FIFA, NBA and COD are on one of them
So excited for this game, the world looks beautiful, the combat is phenomenal. I just hope that the story is good, as the latest Bioware titles have had mediocre stories. But nonetheless, cannot wait for this to launch

No genius, its not false advertising because the game still outputs a 10 bit image it just uses a 8 bit source as the baseline for the HDR signal, which is more of a shitty implementation of HDR than a false one

Man I CANNOT WAIT to see what Playground does with Forzatech for their open world RPG title. The lighting in FH4 is just on another level and they also took the photogrammetry tool from 7 and used it here as well.
Props to Turn 10 for the Engine and for Playground to utilize as well as they have.
Most people own the base systems, there's factually proven data to back that too. But the people on N4G link their egos to their brands and hence why everyone has a Pro, an X and a Dual GTX 1080Ti PCs
