i agree about the lack of real time footage shown of most of these games. I am expecting E3 to be packed full of footage.
however i am not expecting Killzone, MGS and maybe Hevenly Sword this year.
disappointing amount of tracks but it does say on the forza site
"All told, there are 47 different ribbons in the game across the 12 environments".
so nearly each track has 4 different routes + downloadable tracks and cars (hopefully some are free).
I must admit that i cant wait to be online with this game. Drag racing online in forza was so cool.
Personally I am not sure if you will need to preorder at all (unless you dont want risk of missing out).
Xbox 360 sold 70,000 on launch weekend, Wii 110,000. I think PS3 will sell just above 360, like it did in america, so around 80,000.
That leaves a decent amount consoles left to sell. When sony realigns stock supplies to where it is needed most, consoles will be in stock.
Personally Health care should be paid for through a social welfare system where nobody is refused care and no matter who you are you still receive the same level of care.
I personally feel the american system is one of the most flawed systems in the world. A system where a paramedic checks you can pay before giving treatment is a wrong

Price are all relative, we in england pay more for things as we make more money relatively speaking within our national economy. By the way this has been said a million times on this site over the last few weeks.

Personally I see this as proof (the best we can get anyway) that the PS3 is either hard to program for or the 360 is very easy to achieve great games/graphics (see ingame footage of Graw2).
The PS3 version is delayed as it doesnt look the same as the 360 version. That is the only reason they have delayed
My opinion why would be:
They dont want news reports that of people camping for nothing.
However i believe they will turn this news into a positive by saying that the console is selling that well they cant meet demand etc
This also could be a country to country or store to store policy such as they allow UK sellers to have stock and not dutch sellers.

You are partly correct about the download ratio but not completely.
Only private torrent sites require a certain level of download ratio which at its lowest is usually around 60%.
Also if you can download 19.6GB at a decent speed then you will be uploading a great deal anyway.
On a 8mb line which is now not uncommon in england it should only take 24 hours to download.
still a dragon game and i am very surprised that there is no online play. + also sounds like a good online co-op game, shame they are not forced into making the game online
Great unbiased article, I will just say that the PS3 HAS to launch to Europe in March. Even if they only have 1000 consoles they still need to do it.
The main worry that i have got about the launch is that the game lineup will have only improved slightly (motorstorm maybe?) so people will be wondering what Sony have been doing for the last 5 months.
RTS games have the same "cant be played on a console" myth as FPS shooter had during the early days.
I am stronger believer that you learn to adjust and soon it will become natural.
This was annouced when the prices were annouced months ago.
I still feel this to be unfair as the core pack is great for me as i wont use wireless (prefer to use my internet connection to the fullest) and you can pick up a bigger harddrive anytime for hardly anything
