i would like to add again:
PC gamers can currently only play against PC gamers. If they download Live and sign up for a silver account, which is free, they can play against PC gamers.
They only have to pay to play against 360 users which i think is fair. If 360 users are paying then so should PC gamers.
i just want to make sure you and others realise that silver accounts on a pc allow pc gamers to play against pc gamers for FREE! you only have to pay to play against 360 users
It did, only differences were the bigger HDD and wireless
220,000 is alot, it took the wii 5 weeks upto christmas to sell that.

I imagine that it wont sell as fast in March as it did in February so I am guessing it will sell 250k - 350k this month. Over a million by April.

I dont think the 360 is more expensive than previous generations. I seem to remember spending alot on the PS1 (Could be wrong though, it was a good few years ago now lol)
You have to remember analysts are interested in which company makes the most money for investors not particulary which is the 'best' console for consumers.

these figures are only for the US (only estimates/educated guesses)
so the Euro launch doesnt make any difference to these figures
Firstly i dont think the list is complete, as in they didnt include all great games coming out. Bioshock is one that i cant wait for.
secondly, can a PS3 fan give a comparison list for each month? I am not trying to bait but I would like to see a rought idea of what is coming out.
p.s. please do not include games we know nothing about i.e killzone 2, GT5. I understand they might come out this year but they probably wont

Feb 06 was their lowest month but still 30,000 more that the PS3 and I am pretty sure there was still a lack of stock then.

agree, this is the second major mistake in the last couple of weeks
i have just seen one of the PS3 adverts on Irish TV and i didnt know what it was until the 'This is Living' tag line came up at the end.
Concept adverts are great when people know what you are advertising. Does that many average consumers know about the 'This is living' branding? I wouldnt think so
its crazy what some retailers will do for sales,
at the end of the day, you will be able to walk into Game, Gamstation, Argos, Toys'r'us, Comet etc on release day and buy a console.
I wont change my opinion of this until either the day comes and I am proven wrong or Play.com and Amazon.co.uk stop taking pre orders
