and at that point, the games they make are pretty much top notch / gold standard for their respective genres. forza is amazing racer, halo (quips aside with story in 5) is a great fps, and gears is a great 3rd person shooter.
variety would be nice, but it's not as poor as say nintendo, other exclusives like quantum break, ryse, and sunset overdrive add nicely to the mix.

wow it looks like they've really thought out this system for games. a custom hard drive so games load faster and gamers would be inconvenienced by longer load times for 4k games.
hmmm so i moved my games to my external usb harddrive because i reald that the load times are faster over usb 3.0 than the internal drive. i wonder if because of this i should move a game i'm playing back to internal harddrive.

it's not just a matter of showing off games. the games you show have to look good. nintendo showed of tons of game but as they didn't look great they didn't generate buzz. one of the reason people are excited for some upcoming games is because they LOOK great. for example, people are excited for spider-man because it was first shown off at sony's ps4 pro event and is supposed to be a 4k game. they are certainly not excited for any gameplay as none has been shown to date. ...
