I wouldnt say the games are all low res and look bad. Mario 3d World actually looks great on any tv at 1080p. Nintendo is great at squeezing a lot out of the switch, but yeah a lot of 3rd party stuff looks bad in comparison,

That fact that you can buy a Series S for $50 less and a PS5 Digital for only $50 more is a slap in the face to anyone who buys one of these. This is some kind of sick and twisted reality that Nintendo has created. Its no wonder the other 2 cant keep the stores stocked. Even if someone has no interest in an Xbox, a Series S and a Gamepass sub for 6 mos is the same price as this thing. Microsoft should be licking their chops right now!
Witcher 3 was published by WB Games, not Indie at all. They took the indie title and ran with it to create a whole subgenre of games. Indie ultimately means independently created and distributed without the input and backing of a major publisher. Its cool if they wanna call all these little and unique games "indie" but it truly has lost its meaning when you have the big pubs getting in and putting those games out while still calling them indies.
I dont think its just the devs. The platform holders knew that ballooning file sizes were here to stay last gen, and they did nothing. These consoles should not have shipped with anything less than 2TB. Now theyll just be able to sell us PRo models in a year or 2 for another $500 with that extra TB of space. Mark my words.

I only have it for the "Free" SNES/NES games and feel ripped off. This service is a joke, just give me VC. Its sad that even the Wii U got more VC support than whats offered on the switch. They didnt have to do much, and they still failed.
