Just another way that Xbox is the better system this time around, at least right now. Sony may have the better AAA titles, but those are years away. Right now, Xbox Series X is the smarter choice. I have both, that is 100% how I honestly feel, for a lot of reasons.

You dont have forever access to your PS Plus games though. If you are not subbed, you lose the access, same as with GP. And if youre trying to put PS Plus in the same category as Gamepass, just stop. PS Plus is the same thing as XB Live Gold PS Now is somewhat comparable to GP, but GP is 100x better at this point . And if you really want to compare, Gamepass Ultimate is GP and Live bundled together, but also includes full cloud streaming to virtually any device.

A super dope open world Conker game would be amazing! I don't know why MS doesn't do more with the IP they got with the Rare purchase. Conker seemed like the perfect fit for Xbox, then we only got the remake way back when.
I don't think this one will be on X1. I think Series S/X only. You may be able to play it thru the cloud on an Xbox one, but it sounds like this one is new gen exclusive.
They had the n64 version though. They cloud have easily thrown the Reloaded single player game. They made some quality of life improvements and the graphical upgrade was pretty significant.

Yeah, I think both consoles are so close it shouldnt matter anymore. The PS5 has a couple of features that the Xbox doesnt have, like the gamer card system, the touch pad, and mic built into the controller, etc. Cool little touches but wont be enough to differentiate the consoles from each other. Im sure Deathloop will look just as good, if not better, once it releases on Gamepass next year.
Yeah they really took their time and did not rush out a sequel. I am happy about that! It looked good then but it looks great now! And they were able to support DL 1 the whole time, which is just amazing to me. Some of the DLC was not free sure, but a lot of it was and the stuff they charged for was usually worth the price. The Following introduced the buggy, which I had a blast with, I thought that was some great content and well worth the $20 I paid for it.
Itll be interesting to see how PS fans feel about this one upon release. You have a brand new PS5 Exclusive IP, but it happens to be the first Microsoft-owned Bethesda title released. By buying the game, you are directly supporting Microsoft. I dont see how anyone who owns a PS5 can pass up this title though, regardless of whose pockets your lining by purchasing it. Ill be buying it day 1 on my PS5 then playing it again with my GP sub next year on my Series X.
It amazes me how much they still support this game all these years later. It makes supporting Dying Light 2 on day 1 an easy decision! This is how you treat your fanbase right. A lot of greedy publishers should take notes from these great folks over at Techland!
Didnt EA also buy up the NFL Blitz rights at one point? They used to have the EA Big label, which made fun, arcadey alternatives to their sim sports games. I miss NBA Street and NFL Blitz style games honestly. I always thought they should have made an NHL Street, but instead we got FIFA Street, which pretty much ended that style of releases from EA.

Probably a good idea not to get in an arms race with a company that has that much money and power. IF Sony were to try and buy a big publisher, MS would then want to go tit for tat and buy an even bigger publisher.
imagine if Sony went and bought Square for example. Sure theyd have a trove of IP from that, but then that would embolden MS to go and buy someone like EA or Activision! Imagine PS5 with no CoD or Sports games?! I dont think Sony wants to play that game.

But sure, they suck now that theyre owned by MS.... I wonder how fanboys are going to react when PS5 exclusive Deathloop releases. Are they going to support a MICROSOFT PRODUCT on their platform of choice? Or will it be review bombed and ridiculed simply because it is an official Microsoft IP?!
They didnt buy Bethesda just because of the devs, they bought them for the IP! Think of the massive trove of IP they now own! You could start 100 new studios and not get the kind of legendary intellectual property that comes with the Bethesda purchase. This extends beyond gaming as well. Who knows how they could utilize this IP down the line: Movies, merch, books, theme park attractions, and obviously more games.
To each their own, but I never once got sick or bored of this game! Even after all the new ps5 games and their fancy graphics, this one stuck with me!

The difference between Miles Morales on PS4 vs PS5 was pretty significant, not just a res and framerate bump. Hoping it will be that kind of upgrade! Im also hoping they do the same thing as Spider Man with the rumored Ghost of Ikishima semi-sequel. They could easily release that as the main dish with a side of GoT remaster.

But we were able to buy Control Ultimate Edition at a great discounted price using the gamepass discount, which DID give the upgraded version. So theres that. Actually supporting the dev with $$$ and stuff, something PS fanboys say Gamepass prevents. Gamepass has actually been shown to convince gamers to buy MORE games! You guys clearly are just hating to hate because its Microsoft. Youre delusional. gamepass is great for gamers AND publishers/developers, why cant yall see that?!
