Good, COD's getting its ass kicked. Again...
It's CGI, unfortunately. The smoothness of the animations give it away. It's not like the Square Enix type obvious CGI trailers though, the models at the end are low-poly, though the amount of AA is extreme. It's a strange mix of CGI and in-game type graphics, they're trying to confuse us I guess. :P
I expect it to be one of the first party games of the next generation consoles.
The game must be in thought process only at this stage, so I wouldn't hope for a trailer in this E3. Most likely they only established the bare basics and the context for the moment, which seems to be a backstory regarding Big Boss if these artworks are somehow related.
Even the official announcement would be enough to get me excited, though.

Unfortunately the voice acting sounds way too unprofessional for an AAA title like GOW, especially if you take into consideration that this video is supposed to be the first material that the target audience will see regarding the game, therefore the first impressions are extremely important from the marketing standpoint.

Trust me, it's either French or Italian English accent in the video that you're watching. You would never hear such an accent in the actual game unless the characters have a foreign origin.
Are you kidding? If next generation consoles come with no disc slot, I will stick to my gaming PC for multiplatform games and digitally download console exclusive games like Gears or Uncharted only to my consoles. That means a huge loss of profit for both game companies and console producers. So nope, I don't think they would want to banktupt themselves, either.
