cleft5,
I apologize if you found my comment offensive but me stating the obvious doesn't change the fact that our male-dominated gaming community is consisted of a bunch of intolerant, immature and sexist pottymouths who use bad language without hasitation anytime they see fit, about any subject.
It's not about if those people who are subjected to this bad behavior need assistance, it's about stating what's right and taking a stand against wha...
I have three things to say about this subject:
1. Most people here seem to not understand the concept of motion gaming. It's not aimed to make you lose weight and turn you into active human beings while you game. They're just trying to innovate something that may result in a more "accurate" way of controlling a game, and to bring something new to the table. It's not mandatory, if you don't enjoy it, you just don't use it. I've bought my Wii a...
So what? If it was Hideo Kojima in a picture standing in front of an armada of designers from KONAMI, you wouldn't say a word except "He's the man!"
But when it comes to Jade Raymond, people just seem to turn into sexist whiners for no reason. You're right, that's just wrong.
Hmm... Adam Wake.
That must be what Mr. Scratch is calling himself.
That's strange, coming from the man who's the master of story telling in video game history. Your games are consisted of long, long cutscenes that tell the story in great detail, Mr. Kojima. And that's why we love your games. That advice of yours is simply wrong as I tend to hate typical run and gun games that surround the gaming world nowadays. You can do both at the same time, Spec Ops The Line is a great example from the recent history. The game is a third person shooter with n...
One thing I love about gaming on PC is that you can always find or create solutions to your technical problems. The main plus is that you can adjust the graphics the way you want. Too much tearing? Turn on or force vsynch. Anti aliasing not enough? Triple the amount of AA than the console version, if still not satistied, force additional AA through your GPU driver or use SMAA/FXAA. Got a GPU that supports DX11? Enjoy tesselation, soft shadows and additional goodies not possible on current-gen...
How do you know that? The game isn't even out yet...
Here it is: http://goo.gl/861Hu
Don't forget "Batman: The Brave and The Bold" for Wii as well, it's a gorgeous looking and fun to play game.
What cancellation are you guys talking about?
There's no official statement yet. And I'm sorry but I'm not going to argue over rumors unless it comes from a highly credible source.
Double post, sorry guys.
This game is an absolute legend, I don't value a game depending on how many people played it. Just ask "Do you remember Abe's Odyssey?" to a random gamer and if that person has actually played it before, you'll see a sudden, huge smile on his/her face. That's how great this game is and unfortunately for us gamers, not many games can trigger such a reaction.
I'm sorry to say that it was probably Diablo 3.
It's zoobies... There's a slight difference. :/
Do you guys remember God of War 2's Euryale? :)
This needs to be done.
RDR was one of the greatest titles of this generation. It had great graphics, enjoyable gameplay, a likeable main character and such a humble story, which I absolutely loved from the beginning to the end. It's the best western game I've ever played along with Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive.
That's right, now kids will be able to carry their parasites with them around at home, even when mommy or daddy comes up and says "hey, give it a break, and let us watch something." But luckily for kids, Nintendo is giving them the chance to carry on even after the TV is invaded by the bad, bad parents. This way, they'll never need to stop as there'll be no reason to.
Seriously guys, you sometimes need a break. I can't stand playing for longer than t...
I loved the first one. It had everything you needed: amazing graphics, solid gameplay, huge boss fights, great pacing with both combat and puzzles, enjoyable platforming elements, a masterpiece soundtrack and a thrilling story with twists and turns. You're really missing out a great game if you haven't played it already.
In fact it actually seems like the future of gaming, it's just this future I'm talking about is not a close one. Maybe after the next (and possibly the last) physical media oriented consoles, in the following 10-15 years.
Dr. Doom, is that you? :/
