Wow, take that Playstation 4. MS is implying that their next gen console will be twice more powerful than you.

I think he meant saving the franchise from the heavy criticism that the franchise has become quite repetitive and non-innovative. And the answer is no, it probably won't.
Even though the scenery is a bit different this time, it's not a unique setting when you think about the video games in general. Futuristic warfare setting has been used so many times in video games that most of the gamers out there have gotten tired of it already, therefore, the change of setting in...
I'd say Dead Space 1 is quite scary but the second one is more like an action game with all the cinematic scenes and hollywood themes going on. The first one was like Alien while the second game is more like the recent reboot of The Thing.
Sad news for me. Del Toro is one of my all time favorite movie producers. They keep turning horror games into pure action in order to reach to a wider audience these days. Del Toro could write a scenario in which the aspect of fear is not only given by a spooky scenery but by pyschological horror as well. It's a loss for gaming industry, to be honest.
Why wouldn't it run Crysis 3 anyway? That's a current generation game we're talking about here. Of course the PC version will include DX11 features and stuff but hey, the game runs on PS3 and 360, if Wii U, being the next generation console of Nintendo, wasn't powerful enough to run a current generation game, Nintendo would be in trouble... And I mean, serious trouble.
Hah! A next generation console runs a game that's being developed for the current gen. Now that's what I call news.
Is there any game that takes more space than that on PC?
I don't remember any. RAGE required 25 gigs while it was 16 gigs for GTA V. This will probably be the game that takes the most hdd space up to date with a basic install, meaning, without mods and DLC.
I'm eagerly waiting for Sony's E3 conference as well. I'd happily buy the console again when it deserves the price tag.
It's a powerful device and there's no denying that Sony's the king of exclusives and they support their consoles to the fullest degree in terms of games just like they're doing right now with aging PS3. But buying the Vita this early was a mistake. I beat Uncharted Golden Abyss and well... that was pretty much it.
@ Ji99saw,
It's not the discount but the existence of the game that surprises me.
Dude, the game that you mentioned contains the words lollipop and chainsaw in its title, right next to each other. Think about it: lollipops and chainsaws. Just makes your brain melt.
Better than PC anyway, I heard that it'd take a gigantic portion of 35 gigs from your hard drive on PC if you fully install the game.
No, they could probably hire every single studio out there and make the exclusives rain on the console if they wanted to. But they just don't care about gamers who made the console what it is now anymore. They're going for the casual route, turning the console into a media station by mainly focusing on services and XBLA. Why this strategy, I fail to understand. Maybe they're secretly working on the new Xbox and maybe it'll be released sooner than we think.
Even though I like spooky games and the pictures look like it'll be a nice blend of Alan Wake/Amnesia/Condemned, It's a no buy for me unless they add Sixasis or Dualshock support.
Talking about discounts, the PC version of Alan Wake is %50 off and will be available for fifteen dollars at GOG until the 15th of May. With American Nightmare coming up this month, you may want to check the main game out first.
Yeah? Nice plan Sony but the problem is, will you be thinking of selling some... you know, GAMES as well? Because last time I checked it out I wasn't able to see anything spectacular or new coming up for Vita before selling my own console.
Make up for what? Seriously, what is there to make up for? :)
You make it sound like there's something shamefully wrong with the game, which is not true. KZ3 is better than KZ2 in every aspect in my opinion, and I'm talking about the sinple player experience, never played it online before.
What do you mean can you run it? You'd be better off throwing your computer out of your window if it can't run this game as it'd be a waste of space for you.
The answer is, of course, neither.
If you're bored with generic FPS games, you should just buy Bioshock Infinite instead and live happily ever after.
Hoping for KZ4 with its full glory on the friggin Xbox 360!
Hah, you can't get any more absurd than that. I win.
Police is like: "What's that? Is that a white Xbox 360 from 2006? No way this thing could work, something's wrong here."
And 8 dvd trays so that it won't interrupt your gaming with disc swaps while you're at it.
