Covert... would be win
If this list wasn't obviously bullshit then I would get the game just to use Covert all the time. (also it would obviously get used by wallhackers all the time). There is too much here to break noobs' tactics, theres no way Activison would allow it.
"it will recoil more in the middle and top rather than to the left and right every so often"
CoD has recoil?
"enemies close to you will get th...
I'd get it if it had dedis. Any PC fps has to have dedis or it's no better than the console version.
I won't be getting it on a console either, they don't deserve a penny. If it had dedis I would get it on PC and also get it on 360 to play with certain people.
Yeah which ones? Cod4... people stopped playing it because a newer one in the franchise came out...
Reach is decent, but I prefered halo 3, and halo 2...
Reach tried to be like cod, now it's just cod with massive health bars, vehicles and some variation in the guns. Also the < 30 fps is incredibly annoying (can't be selling anymore, why not release it on PC?).
BC2 is just as imbalanced and noob-filled as cod. Also the guns feel like crap an...
When I was 15 I wasn't getting in anyone's way...
Maby something more like: "Idiots shouldn't be allowed to post"?
But they shouldn't be allowed to breathe either...
People complain about all the noobs in cod. If you are good at fps games and played mw2 it was the most fun ever, 25 kills every game - 5 games in a row. Just keep playing, owning people and being called a cheater until the console red rings. CoD has a great feel on the weapons, they are just too easy to control for anyone with a modicum of fps experience.
I havn't played black ops though, I don't buy the Treyarch ones because they suck ass.
MW3 will ...
Lifends, multiplayer is far simpler than the store. Most of the complexity of multiplayer is handled by "The Interet (tm)" and the the developer for your game, nothing to do with sony (hence why ms shouldn't be legally allowed to charge for it on xbox...). Literally once they fixed the accounts/login servers it would have fixed multiplayer too as a side effect.
The store is probably taking a while because they are waiting for 3rd party security reports, ie: thei...
nope
as long as you're talking about cod 1, 2 & 4
1024x567?
256MB won't be enough. There are smartphones with over 1GB of RAM ffs. Moreover, I doubt it would even be that expensive for them to fit it with 512MB or even 1GB.
There are some ngp development kits in my uni already, maby I can sneak in and get some real info...
ok cool.
Maby it will be enough to sway me to be more of a console gamer in the future. I've spent a lot more time gaming on my PC this gen due to the huge lead the platform has gained over consoles, even price wise (ok, PC is cheaper than 360 but not ps3).
It'll be a bunch of years yet, no doubt sony have been investigating their next platform since 2007 lol, thats how R&D works on this scale so I wouldn't blow this news out of proportion tbh...
This is going to be the first game I've pirated/cracked for many many years (usually only old games that I can't buy anywhere anyway). Then if it's not a piece of junk with overpriced day 1 dlc maby I'll buy it.
Lol. More likely to be banned in Germany and Australia, just because.
lol quake 4 engine?
But yeah, the Infinity Engine doesn't use the PS3'S SPUs at all, for anything. Hence some poor performance now and again on the system, the engine is only designed to take advantage of traditional style hardware. They have lost all the personnel that made the games up until cod4, so they cant fix the engine without remaking it entirely.
Then theres the shady business of MS basically buying them out, which doesn't help.
Get it on PC, problem solved. Only if it has dedis though (no more laggy ass fail matchmaking etc)
No 16:10 support = doesn't embody everything that's good about PC development.
But yeah apart from that :O
Read the article, prick.
"But be warned Microsoft, make some wiser choices in the future."
How is this Microsoft's fault? Aside from choosing to use the outdated DVD drive in their console...
Same, I only have consoles for Halo, Lost Odyssey, MGS and Castlevania. 'Most' of the other games are just shovelware.
Though to be perfectly honest, it isn't graphics that do it for me. I spend longer playing games from small developers (Mount & Blade, Killing Floor, League of Legends etc) than big releases like BC2 & Portal 2.
Generally these days, the smaller the developer - the better the game is at it's core.
what he said
You mean free map packs? They should always be free like they were on PC in cod4. Also the maps were just generally better in cod4.
Paid dlc should only exist if it is a large addition like BC2 Vietnam, or the GTA4 dlc. Theres no excuse to charge more than about $3 for a map pack. Infact, they would probably make more money if the dlc was cheaper because exponentially more people would buy it (steam sales prove anything? lots of games sold more in 1 week of sale than their en...
