Insomniac just seems pointless to try and acquire. They've proven themselves over the past 2 decades as a loyal second-party studio. (I know, Fuze and Sunset Overdrive exist) So to dump money into a studio so they wouldn't produce that rare one-off non-Playstation exclusive is a financial waste.
They've financially backed porting it to multiple systems while keeping distance from creative control over the game. I don't see why you're being downvoted when you aren't wrong.
Possible pay-to-win matchmaking algorithm that Activision has patented years ago to force-encouragement to buy microtransactions.

GCN over time has been a curse on AMD. While the 7000 and 200 series beat out Nvidia in price to performance, Nvidias marketing was simply too much. After that, power efficiency dramatically increased for Nvidia while GCN was horribly inefficient by comparison.
$499 is a less bitter pill to swallow 7 years later for a console.
I also am satisfied with the lightening in tone. I know that FFVII's world is supposed to be industrial and bleak, but a even a hint of colorful lighting in a dark-them does more good than harm.
Sony really does seem like an amazing publisher to work under. Congrats to him, and I hope he has a lot of freedom with his work moving forward.
Why are you being downvoted? It's true. Granted, Microsoft has been playing smart with their practices in th game industry lately. Odds are, they'll treat Nintendo like Mojang and let them do their own thing without regards to their own branding because it's what's best for business (and possibly use any technology for themselves as well, as we saw with Hololens and Minecraft)
Tencent, Apple, Amazon, and Facebook are the 4 biggest possibilities for buying Ni...
The PSone never hit 100m before the PS2 came out. When the PS2 did come out, they introduced a cheaper slim model that still made it a compelling choice for people who couldn't afford a PS2
Look at the EVO reg list. Tekken is currently surpassing Street Fighter for the first time ever. (Both are superceded by Smash Ultimate, and DBFZ fell off hard from #1 last year to currently #7)
Lore seems to be the focus of the annual "Uprising" events that pass each april season. But the closest to a horde modes has been pretty much done before in the Halloween events with Dr. Junkenstein
EA's probably afraid of another BF4. Not the launch fiasco, but the long-term loyalty to the game that it has. BF4 is still one of the most-played Battlefield titles on all platforms based solely on the support DICE LA gave it to make it such a solid title.
If DICE listened to its fans again, they'd end up not being able to sell the next sequel as well if it can't compare to BF4. That's why BF1 was a bit lacking in some aspects of its multiplayer in contras...
It's interesting to see the PS1's sales figure. Month-over month sales only inclined moving forward. Only to hit a hard stop at the 5 year mark (this would be 1999/2000 when the PS2 was getting ready to launch)
Well, yeah. It's highly evident the game is built for Wii U. It has been in development since 2012, was announced FOR Wii U, but was ported to Switch given the damned thing was EOL. I own the game for both systems now and honestly I prefer to have it on the go.
It was estimated hardware sales caught up right before the PS4 launch (marketing support with Gtav probably helped). Xbox had blockbusters like Halo and Gears pushing the 360 along with CoD helping via marketing, but outside of those IP's never had anything to to it (it's why the Xbox One has no good exclusives, especially since everythings on PC now). The PS3 had a full arsenal of exclusives ranging from Ratchet & Clank and Uncharted to Resistance and MGS4. There was something fo...
Honestly most of that progress in power efficiency was notably during Steve Jobs's final days in the company.
The iPad-to-iPad 2 most notably had such an astonishing improvement while retaining battery life, and that was because of the improvements made in power efficiency from the die-shrink (45nm transistor to 32nm).
We'd be able to see an improvement if Nvidia would provide a Tegra chip with either a die shrink from 28nm to 12nm or upgrade th...
Idk why someone would disagree with you. SEGA's eyes have opened up wide with the demand for their franchises to come to PC.
It'd be nice for a system update to allow different button profiles for specific games.
This. Obsidian (which consists of former Interplay devs from the original Fallout) had a very small development cycle to meet Bethesda's expectations. Then got shafted on their bonus from the Metacritic score.
They should follow Nintendo's Switch release schedule of a Q2 release in order to get the early adopter demand and supply shortage in check in order to properly satisfy the holiday demand.
