Avatar is Pocahontas in space with shiny tech that makes everyone forget how lame and unoriginal the story actually is.
The modes sound good but I'm still asking why the hell no spies vs mercs!?
I got a new 360 around Thanksgiving and had to pay $12. Needless to say I was pretty pissed off at the time. But it did stop bothering me after someone payed $80 for it on ebay though.
An idea long overdue. Too bad MS will prolly expect us to pay extra to run the game on multiple devices.
Considering W@W's map packs were $10 I would expect MW2's to be the same. Although knowing Activision I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to go for $15.
This video just reminded me how much better CoD4's maps were than MW2.
"Steve Pearce and Steve Ackrich from Activision Publishing will lead the company on an interim basis"
What a coincidence that a couple of Activision pawns will be in charge of the company come contract time.
Keep the free coming Bioware and you can assure I'll be buying the more substantial expansions when they inevitably hit.
All of LBPs user made maps better be compatible in LBP2. Seems counter productive to the whole building a community thing if they aren't.
Adding a blu ray drive now would only fracture the user base and piss a lot of people off, not to mention cause the price to shoot up. A standard hard drive with installs would alienate those who bought the Arcade, a less harmful decision but still not the best. What MS should do is quite charging developers extra royalties for shipping games on multiple disks. Disk swapping may be a minor inconvenience but its the best option at this point.
Same for me, all the others look like quality titles though for who they appeal to.
This is in no way a patent setting up a way for Sony to legally go after hackers. All this patent is for is a new method for Sony to attempt to prevent hacking, either in a future firmware update for the PS3 or for use on the inevitable PS4. Even if Sony wanted to sue Geohot they wouldn't be able to. Hacking isn't illegal, just the piracy many people inevitably end up using it for is. It may break the EULA, void the warranty and be cause for ban from PSN but there is no legal action that ...
I remember playing the Toomba demo haha. One demo I remember selling me on a game I really had no interest in was Extermination back in the PS2 days. I had to have played that demo 10+ times before going out and buying the full game. The demo that stands out most in my mind though was one I got from Pizza Hut back when I was in gradeschool. I hadn't heard of any of the games before and decided to test out this nifty looking military shooter called Metal Gear Solid. I immediately fell in ...
Damn, I'll have to avoid a bunch of stories then. I'm on spoiler avoidance mode with a personal blackout until release day when I can finally get my hands on this beauty.
5.5 for graphics seems too low. It's not the best looking game but its far from bad from what I've seen in screens and video. It must have an absolutely piss poor frame rate to justify that score.
If I remember right, Epic never said they wouldn't release Gears 3 this generation. Instead the comment was that if they decided to use the Unreal Engine 4 for Gears 3 then they would wait until the next generation, otherwise it would be released this generation. Even if they do decide to wait until next gen for Gears 3 that doesn't mean they aren't planning another game in the series, a prequel perhaps. Still, I agree that a 2010 release is highly unlikely as I doubt MS would want to put ...
I fully expect Nintendo to smash this project with a cease and desist order before it is ever released. It'd be unfortunate too since it looks promising.
Could you have honestly thought you could get away with this? You really expected people to not notice everything in the photos was in the exact same position at the exact same time just with different buttons? If you are going to lie at least put a LITTLE bit of effort into it.
Meh this is all fine and well but get to the juicy stuff!
I hope this doesn't mean that whenever I want to change weapons or clothing/armor I'll have to travel to my wardrobe or armory. I do like how the map sounds to be comprised of somewhat simulation aspects with control over cities, hopefully its not just simple superficial junk. It would be awesome if it functioned like a city building/strategy sim game.
