I'd kill for my much awaited Freedom Fighters 2!
I would have to include Roller Coaster Tycoon... oh how much time I spent on that game over the years.
Yearly installments to a skating franchise... Now isn't this the same method that killed the Tony Hawk series?
Take your spam elsewhere!
To include future releases but not Mass Effect 2 is a travesty.
1. Mass Effect 2
2. Alan Wake
3. Splinter Cell Conviction
4. Crackdown 2
5. Forza 3
So the comeback begins.
Flamebait title if i've ever seen one. Anyway, this isn't a new development. Back when the game was initially pushed into November from the original October release Bioware stated that the ps3 version would be released "later in the month". It's not a two week timed exclusive, Bioware undoubtedly wanted to spend some extra development time on the PS3 version as this is their first game for the system.
Now bring on that first remastered screenshot, and PLEASE let it look as glorious as I hope.
I'd hardly consider QTE's "thinking outside the box". Games using and based around QTE's have been done for years. Bottom line is, David Cage feels that they are the best way to fulfill his vision for the game. Problem is that a lot of people hate QTEs including, me in most cases. That said, it is pretty bad that he has to defend his unreleased game against people who haven't played it. I'm sure it will be a fresh experience, not because of QTEs, but rather due to the story and...
This is no different than the sale of any other used items. I don't see anyone pitching a fit and constantly whining over the sale of used cars. Can't say I've ever heard film studios of publishers demand money from the sale of used films or books. Why do game developers feel so entitled? Not only do they continuously want to increase the price of games but at the same time they want no alternative for the consumers. This is the reason I hate the idea of digital distribution becoming the...
Dark Alex will have this thing hacked in month.
Need... This... Game...
I can only imagine the raging boners the fanboys must get reading their own poorly articulated insults and watching the agrees fly in from other fanboys.
Not a huge fan of JRPGs but every once and a while I find myself in the mood for one. Picked it up cheap last holiday season and finally got around to playing it this spring. Loved the themes, and the dream sequences were by far some of the greatest story telling I've ever seen in a game. Gotta say, next to Mass Effect this has been my favorite RPG this gen and my favorite JRPG since Final Fantasy X. Now just to get around to Valkyria Chronicles which I've heard is superb as well.
Loved the music in MGS4. Favorite song was when you first re enter Shadow Moses.
You're an idiot... that is all.
Can't tell if this is meant to be an insult or compliment. Anyway, if it is as quality as inFamous it will equal win.
I agree with him and like his decision. I would personally rather have new and fresh story lines than rehashed sequels in a game like this. The game is story centric and by creating sequels it may just feel like too much of the same old thing. As much as I enjoyed Heavy Rain (apart from the bizarre turn the story took) I think it stands best as its own, just as I'm sure Heavy Rain will. That said, I feel that DLC would be the best way to expand the story in a title like this.
I would have to disagree. Before the change I had no interest in the game. The graphics looked bland, uninspiring, routine and honestly not that good. Then when they switched to the cell shaded look I felt that it breathed some life into the game and gave it some personality. I'm pumped for the game now. I feel that it has more of a comic book feel to it rather than a childish watered down kids game.
N4G has devolved into nothing but flamebait opinion pieces in desperate attempts for hits. The quality is continuously dropping as more and more people submit their blogs as newsworthy.
