Lol...
I'm sure I'm in the minority here but I just couldn't finish the first one. Missions got too repetitive.
BINGO!
@ BeaArthur
Touchy subject?
I unfortunately am a sucker for new hardware. Always have been. I got a 250gb PS3 slim when I already had an old 80gb model.
Besides, at this trade in amount I think it's a pretty good deal to have the built in wifi-n and larger hard drive. This new model will look better with a home theater set up anyhow.
My thoughts exactly. I will definitely do the trade-in if MS can give me a transfer cable or something.
Sorcery looked really cool but I'm still not sold on motion controls.
When you watch the gameplay demonstrations of people playing Socom with the Move, the wand and subcontroller are held very casually in the hand, which is good because I don't want to be flailing my arms around like and idiot. On the same point though, with such a minimal amount of movement anyways why not just stick with the Dualshock?
To me looking at Socom 4 just shows the Move a...
You see, while Nintendo has perfected their beloved franchises over and over again, I have grown up and moved on.
Sony gives me grown up games which for me equals a no contest.
awful.
Game could be good though, time will tell.
Unless they can absolutely guarantee that the new redesign is RROD free... casuals won't give a sh*t. They will stick with the Wii.
I can understand marketing a product aggressively, but that is downright laughable.
A f**kin' circus act to introduce the launch of a videogame camera. Just terrible.
I'm all for agreeing to disagree and I can understand a persons opinion, but seriously... if you're not even remotely interested in the exclusives that Sony has brought us this gen, what the hell kind of games are you playin'?
Some of the best games in recent memory are only on that platform. Not only that but they cover multiple genres.
To each their own I guess.
It's most likely some footage of "The Signal" or whatever the first DLC is called. All I know is I'm getting mine for free because of the day one purchase.
Actually, considering it's sales #'s there's probably still plenty more copies out there with the freebie.
Looking forward to it regardless.
Uh, oh. It appears that we have a new Xbot troll that will very quickly be at a loss of bubbles.
Yakuza 3 was my first in the series and I thought it was an absolute blast. The story in this seriously lays waste to many other games.
Yakuza 4 = day 1
leave it Japanese. Keep the full environment immersion and I'm 99% certain that English voice acting on top of that dialogue would be downright awful.
"Apparently it is felt that the whole entertainment division is dragging the whole company down as a whole and in the process hurting profits."
That's a lot of "wholes" there. Let us discuss the whole story shall we?
Deep thoughts by Jack Handy. ;)
so far my issue with owning both consoles has been having a split library of games between the two.
When the next gen gets here I doubt I'll still be playing BOTH of my old consoles as I will likely not buy multiple systems anymore (unless I'm raking in some serious dough).
I'm constantly juggling back and forth over what system to get a multiplat on, and it kind of sucks.
Yeah I do get the best of both worlds but I think that n...
I just bought mine a couple of weeks ago because I absolutely had to play Alan Wake & Mass Effect.
But I think that any wow factor from the Xbox has really been subdued and shifted over to the PS3 from your everyday Joe's perspective. If there's a redesign the hardcore might be interested in the 360 maybe due to lower price, or the same reason I had to. To play the few exclusives.
Average Joe though, is going to see that the PS3 has built in wifi...
that's almost exactly where I stopped. There was a lot of good things about it, but yeah, the repetitiveness is the only thing I can factor in on why I stopped playing.
Totally agree.
