The HD-DVD has to be the one thing that Microsoft really wishes it could have back. I'm a total Blu-ray supporter but I honestly think that had this drive been standard for the 360, it could have swayed massive studio support with the market share that they had at the start of things.
My only gripe is I think that they should have split the 6 episodes into 12. Often times I would find myself getting a little impatient towards the end of the finish line for each chapter.
I took my time though and went after all of the collectibles and such.
Can't wait to get into the forthcoming DLC.
There goes my "I'll buy" if it hovers around 80%. Will wait for more reviews....
So around that time.
As long as the majority of the reviews are in the 80's I'll go ahead and bite.
Excuses, excuses. The biggest games tend to sell more on consoles now days. Get over it.
really hope this one's not a dud. A James Bond type RPG sounds killer, but nothing shown thus far has me completely sold yet.

this means that the Xbox is going to get a price increase rather than a price cut?
I could be wrong, but I'm betting Microsoft bundles Natal with every 360 going forward after its launch. I just don't see them only bundling this with the Arcade.
How in the hell will a slim 360 work with their detachable hard drives? I can't imagine how any redesign can accommodate those while getting "slimmer".
I'll go with a new 360 short instead ;)
that you PC fanboys always claim your superiority, yet froth over games developed for consoles.
You guys are indeed a dying breed heheh. I know I know, go ahead and list your 30+ exclusives that nobodies heard about.
I think they have no argument though when it comes to "Cheaper". I just bought a 360 and to fully get set up with a game, a N adapter, Xbox Live Gold, you're talking close to $500 dollars.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy both systems but I think the whole "Xbox has a more attractive price point" deal only works for certain % of gamers.
was easily one of the best shooters I've ever played. KZ3 is going to be something special.
the Reach beta was my first Halo online experience, and while I understand that it's still just a beta, there was absolutely nothing that stood out and said "this is what you've been missing out on".
Incredibly average.
%100 Agree. +bubbles
that it's very tailored to a specific audience. Even for fans of survival horror, if you're not into shows like Twin Peaks, X-files, Twilight Zone etc... it probably won't suit your fancy.
But for folks like myself that do enjoy these types of genres, all I can say is that Remedy simply nailed it. The controls are tight for the most part, the atmosphere is certainly there and the presentation as if it were an HBO mini series is done really well. One more thin...
how exactly will this work with the detachable hard drives? That too me would be leaving any current 360 owners out in the cold if they or their friend chose to buy a newer model.
My family? No. But many small business owners & employees around the globe? Yes.
The high cost of low prices... watch it. Haven't set foot in a Wal-mart since.
To each his own though!
but yes, the bugs do drive me nuts sometimes...
Actually, come to think of it, I think the entire horse controlling scheme is a bit of a pain in the ass as well haha. Still getting used to it.
