A high price that was just annihilated with a SINGLE release. Last I check, there were 12 months in a year and if we get an update like we just got just once each month.. $50 a year is EXTREMELY CHEAP. And the discounts, free themes/avatars, early access stuff is just a BONUS.
I signed up for PS Plus about 18 months ago and I have no regrets. It's been outstanding.
I play my PS3 more than my Xbox; mainly out of convenience. The Netflix app is a thousand times better on PS3 - my 4 year old even knows how to work it. Plus I've gotten so many free games from the hack attack and PS Plus, I don't even have to both loading a disc to find something to play. Oh, and blu-ray!
Yea, and they've tried to market a dozen more of those Elmo dolls since they huge hit and have gotten nowhere close the same reaction. It's been "been there, done that". The same will happen with the Wii U. Most non-gamers will probably not even realize it's an all new console.
Despite what anyone thinks of what Nintendo did at E3, the Wii U will be a huge hit early on. I have no doubt about that. Nintendo has a huge fan base and the "excitement level" was huge on Twitter for it during E3.
I do not think the Wii U will be as successful as the original Wii was, though. The reason why is because the Wii attracted a lot of non-gamers who bought the console because it was the "cool" thing to have. Those non-gamers either let thei...
How about just DLC us some new locations for now?
Thanks to Playstation Plus, I have quite a few PS1 games on my PS3.. and I can remote play all of them on my PS Vita.
Taking a break from playing this. So far, so good. Robin kicks a$$.
I use to love playing No Mercy - thought it was the best ever, but then I played it about a year ago and absolutely hated it. Same as Goldeneye. Loved it originally, played it again and hated it. I'm spoiled to all the advances in video games.
I call it as I see it and yes, you were WRONG. I'm not going to sugar coat it for your ego's sake. The unlocks are for Hitman: Absolution - NOT NOT NOT for Hitman: Sniper Challenge. Your gun NEVER changes in Hitman: Sniper Challenge, no matter how many challenges you conquer or points you score. And having already completed all of the challenges and unlocked almost all of the unlocks already (all, but 4), I know this to be 100% accurate. So yes, you are WRONG.
Ho...
Your review is a bit off..
For one, you left out the game's challenges completely, which completing gives you a permanent points bonus. Another thing off is something you got wrong.. the "upgrades" are not for Hitman: Sniper Challenge. The gun you use in HM:SC stay the same no matter how many times you play, no matter what challenges you complete, no matter how many points you get.. it's always the same. The "upgrades" you unlock at certain poin...
YES! GameStop allows you to cancel preorders without having to return any "bonus" you got for preordering to begin with.
The Wii U doesn't interest me in the least, but I do expect and hope to hear about more things coming to the Vita, including how it and the PS3 together will counter what the Wii U will be able to do.
As for a new Xbox and Playstation.. I kinda hope not. Money is tight as is. I'll be fine if I'm given another year to save my pennies.
Hitman Sniper Challenger has been a blast to play. I've probably already played the level about a 100 times, I've unlocked all the challenges and I've even gotten the silent assassin bonus a few times and I'm still not tired of it. It's just a great little game to play when you have a few minutes to spare.. and it's FREE! You're a bonehead if you're not playing it. No excuses.
He's moved up, I guess then, because Cena is so popular it's "fun" to hate him. Haters gonna hate!
I've been playing it on PS3 the last few hours and I'm loving it. It's such a simple game and unlike anything that is Hitman, but yet maintains the feel of Hitman. Ultimately, it's just a fun, FUN mini-game at a great price (FREE).
No trophies, though.. boo!
If it is a MP announcement, I wonder how that would work. I think it would be cool to have 1 on 1 matches where you start on opposite sides of the map and race to eliminate your target first and then have to escape without being killed by your opponent.
But I'd be happy with an official release date. This is my #1 must have game and to know WHEN I'll actually be able to get it would kinda rule.
I never even thought of a hunting feature in AC3.. This just boosted my excitement for this game a thousands time.
Is anyone else reminded of First Blood when the cop asks Rambo.. "Who hunts with a knife?" "I do."
I just want to watch the movie, because the previews did remind me of Uncharted. I could really care less which inspired which.
He must've forgot The Godfather II.
I'm sure the game pads at E3 were tethered too, though, so that nobody ran off with one. We really won't know what it's all about until we get our hands on one.
