I wasn't that impressed and I'm only interested in maybe 3 games they showed. One of those 3, Halo looked great, but I expected more from "the most powerful console". Instead, I saw what looked like current gen graphics, clouds popping in and out, and flat environments. Don't get me wrong, I still want to play Halo.
Well, there is that Unreal Engine thing. I hear it's in a few games.
This actually sounds very interesting to me, especially if it can legit teach me to cook some stuff. Hopefully it'll release on PSVR at some point.
I really don't care about any of those games, except Halo. So, unless Microsoft says something along the lines of VR is coming to Xbox, PlayStation has my attention.
I don't really care what they show. Current-gen games already look amazing and so much better than they did at the beginning of the current-gen. So whatever is shown is just the beginning and will get much, much better as time goes on.
What I'm most excited for is getting this games showcase out of the way, so we're one step closer to the PS5 reveal, me locking down my pre-order, and playing the thing this "holiday".
It'll be a slow process while developers figure out what all they can do with the next-gen tech as they faze out current-gen support over the next few years. Eventually, what they figure out won't be possible on current-gen and they'll drop it completely. That's how it's always been.
I'm good for upto $500. Same w PS5. I want both.
None of the games they showed excited me for the next generation. I'm still interested, tho and I look forward to seeing what else Microsoft has to show in July. I just hope they don't wait till July to start taking pre-orders.
2K20 was the first one developed solely by Visual Concepts after Yukes packed up a good portion of their data and left. So, for the most part, VC had to develop 2K20 from scratch in less time than usual.. VC had previously worked with Yukes on at least some of the previous WWE 2K titles, tho, so they weren't completely new to it.
ALL? I'm pretty sure John Wick was an R rated film.
I hate the "Fortnite is for kids" talk. That's an excuse. Fortnite is for everybody. People hate on it, because, like anything popular, a vocal minority rebels against it attracting low confidence followers, who think anything rebellious is cool and worth latching on to. And saying that, I'm not knocking COD Warzone. It's also a great game. And it's going to be popular. And eventually, they probably already have, another vocal minority is going to attack it, as...
Microsoft has people buzzing, making plans to buy it's new Xbox later this year, but nobody has laid down any money yet. So Sony has plenty of time to woo buyers over before anyone makes definitive plans on what console they're buying. And I'm sure we'll get some major PS5 news before any pre-orders are made.
I think we should always cower in fear and bow down and honor our new god by avoiding all progress forever until we die.
37.09 GB
It's $3 on Xbox One (digital).
It seems pointless. If you get stuck, Google it.
I'm not sure why you would delete the file if you plan on buying the game. It's simple. While the game is part of GamePass, play it as much as you like. If it's removed from GamePass, you're blocked from playing it until you buy the game (at a discount) or until it comes back to GamePass. It's almost like Netflix. If a movie is part of Netflix, watch it as much as you like. If it's removed from Netflix... well, Netflix doesn't have a buy option, so you're...
I could see the PS5 launching at $399. Mainly because Sony knows Microsoft is launching the Xbox at the same time and price will be a HUGE determining factor in which console wins at launch. Microsoft is pretty stubborn, so I don't think they'll budge from a likely $499 price tag. Sony, tho.. I see them more willing to take a small hit if it means getting a leg up on their competition.
Cool, but the likely reaction is for EA to release a quick, low quality, cash grab to capitalize on it's sudden burst of popularity.
Ratchet & Clank at the PS5 showcase blew everything away that Xbox showed. R&C legit got me excited for what's to come with next-gen gaming. The Xbox showcase just reminded me it was nice to already have an Xbox One X.
