No. They shouldn't. That's what CAW is for. Right now, they need to focus on making the current roster look great and fix everything wrong I'm hearing about the gameplay, since Yukes left the series.
Comparing Fortnite to PUBG is just stupid. They're really nothing alike and cater to very different audiences, but the comparison seems to be every writer's go-to to get their garbage review read.
Nobody is buying it, preordering it right now and they won't be (preordering at least) for another year when the full reveal happens. So, this teaser served it's purpose. The most important thing we got out of it was a date - Holiday 2020, because we already knew next-gen was going to happen and we knew next-gen was going to be more powerful and raise the bar. We just didn't know for sure when next-gen was going to happen and now we do.
You would think. Dropping the ball with so much momentum just shows how incompetent EA is.
Someone once said something like "I may hate what you have to say, but I'll fight for your right to say it." So, yea.. we hate what this guy had to say, but preventing him from using something he paid for isn't something we should support, regardless how much of a douchebag is. You give our "leaders" an inch and they're going to walk us to the sun and back.
We're at the end of the generation. I figure there will be a price drop soon - probably Thanksgiving, but the $250 price tag is likely there to take advantage of early adapters.

Sony's 1st party titles has been it's top selling point. Otherwise, if you're a console gamer, you might as well pick up the Xbox One X. It's never been about which console is better, but which console offered the better games.
I'm so close to talking a friend of mine into jumping ship from Xbox to PlayStation.... this will kill any chances of that happening.
I had like 2 copies of this game and both jakked up when I tried loading it. So I've never played it. 3rd times a charm?
No. Both games will continue making 100s of millions of $$$ off a huge following for years to come. Neither is a true threat to the other. But insecure people want to feel like their pick is the right pick.. and it is, for them. They just need to accept that it isn't right for everyone else.
@SnakeEyeP911
That's just internet (150 Mbps).
What's really sad is that less than a mile down the road from me, another ISP's territory begins. For about $80/mth, they offer 250 Mbps, no data cap and that includes phone service. But I'm not eligible, because I'm out of their contracted district.
This. I only get 750 GB a month ($150) and I almost always go over it, especially by downloading game updates. I finally wised up a bit and started to only update the games I actually play, but I still usually go over, costing me $10 for every additional 50 GB afterwards. It gets expensive, but it's my only option when it comes to high speed internet.
It's cool that this will open the door to a lot of new VR users, but first impression means a lot and I'm worried a lot of first time VR users will mistake what this offers as the best VR can do, which could hurt VR as a whole in the long run.
If you've only tried VR on mobile or with this, understand that it's way, WAY better!
I didn't have the $$$ when Just Cause 4 came out, so I passed and have been waiting for a good sale. This is even better!!!
I've already pre-ordered, so it better or I'll... be salty, until TLOU2 comes out.
You just used all 3 in your comment. Maybe you should be banned, too. But on a serious note, we live on a big planet and how people who live in other parts of that big planet we all share talk and word things isn't always going to resonate with you in your itty, bitty, tiny bubble, bro.
And how is that a problem for you?
I'm sure Epic knew beforehand the stats on what players average. The Thanksgiving holiday might've taken a bigger toll on their figures than they anticipated.
